I have had the pleasure of spending almost a year with Icon Management and I highly recommend anyone who wants an iconic future to apply. Icon has treated me like family every since I walked through the door which is very important to me. I have never once felt like a number or that I am not appreciated. One of my absolute favorite things is the Icon Bucks program which rewards employees who provide iconic service by going above and beyond their job to show our homeowners how much we appreciate them. I would also like to mention Tiffany Jones who was my manager and trainer when I first started working for icon she did such an amazing job setting me up for success and teaching me how to truly be iconic.

No Air conditioning in fitness center even after a June 1st repair date. It s been broken on and off since January. We can t eat at our beautiful culinary center because the food is terrible, we haven t eaten there in 3 months. Our grass is dying in our yards and the landscaping company does a terrible job. We got sold a bill of goods changing to icon. Terrible company.
8-21-21 update: Now we have a running faucet (wellness center middle sink in ladies locker room that has not been repaired for 2 weeks. Bobby Barnes is worthless and left without repair. When I stay at Innisbrook this Wednesday night I will be sure to alert their managers. Tessa you seem to be following in his footsteps.

Lorraine, Karen and Lee are wonderful at their jobs with Gran Paradiso in Wellen Park. The recent tailgate concert in the clubhouse parking lot was well put together and handled very well with social distancing. Everyone had a great time and I would definitely attend another similar event. Thanks to them for all they do for our community.

I live in Gran Paradiso, Icon is the management company. I just love Larain our activities director. She's always looking for creative ways to put on events and activities for us the residents. A great example is the parking lot concert we had on Friday night. Lee and Brian keep the place ( club house, pool) looking great. Karen provides great customer service. Great employee Icon they make living here better!

The management team in the Gran Paradiso community make it a warm and inviting place to live. Grant takes great care of the community as a whole and Loraine has improved the community in countless ways. She plans creative activities and gatherings that make the beautiful community incredibly fun for everyone. The whole staff is both professional and caring. The front desk staff greets everyone with a smile and Lee and Brian take impeccable care of the grounds and are are always friendly.

I want to say Thank You to Loraine, Lee and Karen for such a great job they did for the Saturday night Concert here at Gran Paradiso. You all did such a wonderful job and made us all feel very safe. They really went out of there way to make it a great success. Big Thank You to all of you.

I live in Gran Paradiso and oh my is it a great place to live! I recently had to meet with a member of the management to help with a few things... karen Lay, the administrative assistant, was such a pleasure to deal with. I was in need of assistance with several items. Karen handled everything with such amazing professionalism and care. As a Realtor in the area, I get to deal a lot with association's staff, Karen was really delivering service that went above and beyond her scope of work. What a pleasure to live here and know that my community is serviced by her...

Gran Paradiso has it all.....Resort style living in PARADISE!!! A special thanks to all the staff especially Lorraine Welch our activities director who continuously excels in scheduling community events making Gran Paradiso a fun place to live!! Also, a special shout out to our maintenance team, Lee and Brian for all they do.

I would like to nominate Gran Paradiso s Activities Director Lorraine Welch. Since she s joined us we ve had so much fun, she s amazing, personable and a genuinely lovely person!! Here s a couple of pictures from the many fun events she s organized. We played Family Feud, had a 50 s Dance, a Hawaiian Luau night, Friday outdoor movie night and so many other great activities that we ve never had before! She s the best!! We re all so blessed and thankful she s here!!
