Friendly front end staff and very knowledgeable group of technicians, I like that if there is a problem they can't immediately address they will find someone who can. I also appreciate that they give detailed explanations of what the issues are and how they intend to solve them.
Very poor service. I had these people come to my house to repair my furnace, they could not repair it, couldn t detect the problem, charged me over 600.00 dollars, never did no follow ups or showed any concern afterwards to see how the furnace was running. The service man cleaned the flame sensor and wrote down he serviced the furnace. They kept saying they would get back to me with a solution, but my calls were never returned. A new service man called and said he would get back to me, never did.

If you want to get ripped off this is the company they will do your pockets empty, Their technicians don't know what are they doing, They charged me $650 just to diagnose the problem after 4 hours and I was fed up, told them to stop work and leave. And I called another company they fixed everything under $400. So be aware don't use this company at all.
This is the worst company in the city . If you want to get ripped off this is your company . I was told from other people that this would happen But I thought no I will give it try .well I was wrong there awful . Might be a reason there's only one review . Well don't take my word for it give it a try And you will find out personality. Worst company ever that I have done business with . Lots of extra fees
Use them for commercial services for around 6 months now. Hands down the best service and pricing I have ever received.
My furnace broke down in the middle of one our cold snaps. I called icom and they showed up, were really understanding of the situation and fixed it. It ended up being a regulator or something. Great service and super friendly people.
this is such a big rip off. just expect to get billed atleast 5 times of what it used to be. lots of irrelevant charges will be added to your bill. I suggest never call these guys. just look for other options if u could find. in my case $400 of parts and $ 2100 of labour charged. thanks. Ritesh
