Great variety in regards to their menu. Very customizable, as it should be (think sort of like a Chipotle-style Pita/Gyro locale). Food is always fresh, and it's very clean. Customer service is great. I just wasn't too keen on the overuse of certain ingredients (loads of sauce, overload of bacon, etc.). That would probably change with subsequent visits, of course. Subsequent visit did not disappoint corrected sauce problem.

Its an okay place to get food from in West Chester for lunch.

I cannot remember the last time I was in a Pita Pit. Excellent food for a good price. The staff was very helpful. The local specialties were excellent choices. We will be back the first chance we get.

This is by far our favorite spot in the West Chester Area, me and the bf come here often. The food is always great and the staff is super friendly. We are never disappointed! It's very rare that we can find a place that we both love and enjoy.

What's good : Awesome menu at great price.Blt sandwich and pizza were awesome. After a night of bar hopping on gay street was so glad to find this place serving great food. Cure joy for hungry stomach after partying.

What's not : place is cramped up, sometimes gets too smoky that u actually need to keep the door open. Hassle on a cold night if u are eating next to the door.

The food is good and fresh. I love that you can build your own pita. However, I ordered and they delivered on time but the order wasn't correct.Not a problem, mistakes happen, right? Well when I called to get the order corrected not only did the bimbo who answered the phone hang up on me but when I called back again the guy who answered was even more rude and he also hung up. I then went to the shop and the manager did apologize repeatedly but I will never forget the terrible customer service. I will second guess ordering from here again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

It's a great healthy alternative for late night snacks after the bars. The one thing is I wish they delivered until 5 am because that's when I usually get hungry. At 5 am.

I visit this superb place from time to time since I love the special atmosphere that is part of this restaurant. The crew is very loyal and professional. The service is remarkablywonderfully fast. Needless to say, the food you eat is great. I visited many times and I was always delighted. The expense is modest. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Terrible service. Took 2 hours to deliver when they originally said it was going to take 45 mins. Asked for a larger tip than $5. Food was terribly made, almost thrown together. Will not be ordering here again.

I'm giving them a solid 4 stars for being consistent and delicious. The food is not expensive and I've never felt cheated by the restaurant nor quality of food. Don't expect much from the restaurant itself- dingy and small... but you can't let that fool you, just order for pick up or delivery.

Friendly gentleman running it who dispensed great tips for us on the menu. Wraps are delicious, and the front window seating on Gay Street is great for people watching.

This restaurant is absolutely one of the tastiest place in the region. Whenever I come to this place I am greatly satisfied. They always keep their very high level service and the topmost level of food they offer. You surely will enjoy this this place. Warmly recommended.

For years this has always been our go to spot after a night of drinking too much and having the munchies at the end of the night. Always filling and can try different and unique combinations when building your sandwich. If you don't feel like that just go for whatever special is written on the chalkboard!

I have gone to the pita pit about 5 times so far and choose selections of their menu and they have all been delicious. Not too expensive and pretty filling. They also let you build your own pita which is pretty sweet. Nice laid back atmosphere as well.

I know I'm late to the party. However, I just discovered this gem about a month ago now & since then, I have ordered about twice a week. I love all the combos you can make. The smoothies are always delicious & customer service is top tier. I highly recommend to anyone in need of a quick bite at a fair value. Satisfaction always guaranteed!

Ordered for first time from WC location via Grubhub yesterday. Meal portions were so small we had to order a pizza afterwards and I ordered large pitas! Cost for three pitas was 41 dollars and we were still hungry. Never had this issue at other locations. Don t order if you are hungry !!

Fafafel with hummus is really good here, ask to have the any toppings grilled. They are extremely open to customizing in any way!
