My experience this time from Arya Honda Kalina was terribly disappointing. Many follow ups required, people like Ms Mamta Asher and Ms Dipti Rane were of no use except for sending pathetic auto generated emails. Mr Irfan helped me out after me escalating the issue. This is disappointing from a brand like Honda, and from Arya Honda. But Mr Irfan has been very helpful, has waited despite the rain till 7pm this evening for me. I do hope I won t have this problem again.

Honda Service centre. Under the board of Bharati works. Shared by Audi too the same place. Next to axis bank. Located on Kalina cst road. Courteous And efficient Honda staff. Prompt in their approach And follow up. Specially Mr. Chandan service manager And Mr. Prashant Quality manager. Has enough space inside the compound. Due to road work huge traffic on peak times.

First of all thanking to team Arya Honda kalina and specially to Quality Manager Mr.Prashant Padma for handling my car so well.His guidness and knowledge regarding on my car was awesome.Really felt happy to have my baby in safe hands.Good polite staff and atmosphere in kalina felt homely.Will suggest all Honda users to visit Arya Honda kalina for good and loyal service.

When it comes to after sales service for Honda cars, Arya is the only and most obvious choice! Superb customer service- Mamta and Vandana are very proactive, prompt and courteous!

Mallik- The only specialist I trust my car with! He is knowledgeable and patient to understand customer issues with the car! He ability to diagnose issues even remotely is commendable. Most of my concerns are resolved over a call with Mallik! Excellent service manager!

Extremely satisfied with the quality, efficiency and workmanship of the work carried out on the car, very few service centres pay attention to the cleaning of the vehicle post service, I must say Arya Honda team has looked into very minute details of cleaing the car both inside the cabin and the exterior.
