Good hotel. Good location to visit this lovely city for 4 days.

Clean and welcoming. The restaurant is very good, pity that there is no parking at a reasonable price

Dark room with opposite, aging bathroom (dirty bathtub seals)

One of the maintenance / cleaning people not correct (on the other hand the reception and restaurant staff are friendly and attentive)
Paid hotel parking for hotel guests (20 for 24 hours)

The hotel is by IBIS standards although the bathroom is quite small. Breakfast is minimalist.
On the other hand, the fight against covid is absolutely ineffective. We impose the mask on you in the restaurant but we provide it to you out of the bag while holding it in the hand so a single employee can contaminate hundreds of people. At breakfast, everyone takes their miserable croissant with the same tongs. Ok there is gel available, I have not seen anyone use it.
An individually served breakfast should be the staple these days.

Bad. For one night it passes but we feel too much hotel factory side and it may be normal seen the city and the passage. Unauthorized staff, Turner over important?

The rooms are a bit dated and my bar staff is a little special ... at 23:30 there is 5 minutes to drink a last drink. On the other hand the staff at breakfast is very helpful.

Hotel quite central a few minutes walk from the center. The rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable and clean of the best rooms I have been able to see in France for that price. We were going many people and the checking they did fast. Nice common facilities. The hotel in general is silent. I recommend it.

Hotel well located 15 minutes from the center pay attention paid parking 0.80 per hour then 0.40 after 25 hours but is less expensive the day than the outside of the hotel. Rooms ok for the price

Hotel practically in the center, soundproof rooms and good breakfast. These are the positive aspects. In three with 2 towels for four nights. In the room 1 pillow was missing, as 2 were on the double bed and the third bed was devoid, I take the cushions over the wardrobe inside a plastic bag, both dirty and with hair in the lining. I put the pillow on the ground the next morning removing them from above the wardrobe, but they are not changed, rather they are put on the two pillows of the double bed!
The room is really small, the cleaning very poor.

Parking cannot be reserved, so be careful when taking the car for a ride, you may not find a place.
The absence of the safe is very annoying.

Its a great budget hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Cheap rooms right in the centre of Bordeaux, with a tram stop right outside. Parking facilities too a great bonus. Good restaurant, nice quiet bar area. Polite staff.

Nice rooms with nice view on the cathedral. But the bathroom is cramped, it's hard to be on the toilet without taking the door in your legs, the shower pressure is very low and the water temperature very unstable. In the end quite expensive for what it is: similar Ibis hotels, also in the city center, cost 20 less per night.

Bad air conditioning. It is dangerous to enter and exit the shower. Bathroom without plugs. Good service and situation.

I loved. Traveling to go to Begles right after, this Hotel in the city center is the ideal place to move then in the city.

We go to this hotel on every visit and it is very good. Top bedding and perfect location.
A small minus the manager of the breakfast on May 25 is very rude and disrespectful to her employees.
We were shocked at his behavior and the humiliation of his employees in front of customers. ...
Poor waiters !!! Do not let yourself be done, it's psychological harassment !!!

The Ibis Bordeaux Meriadeck is pretty good and big! Located right next to the trams and Auchan. The night stays in fair / affordable rates. The room is compliant and comfortable. In addition the rooms downstairs or occur seminars or other (professional) are quiet, bright and comfortable! The staff is listening. I have nothing to reproach.

Pleasant rooms. Good insulation from the outside but less good inside. Good breakfast, better than most novotel and cheaper.

We systematically stay in this hotel during our stays in Bordeaux (refurbished reception). On the hotel side, everything is perfect.
The hotel is well located, the front desk staff are competent, attentive and accommodating when possible, the rooms are always clean.
On the other hand, it is difficult to compliment the bar and restaurant staff who are not very friendly ...
Coldness, lack of empathy, not a smile.
As for skills ... Sometimes vs are forced to claim the small saucer of ingredients that accompany appetizers (olives, peanuts, ...).

We attended the establishment over 10 months, 3-4 days each time. We are not overly satisfied on all stays. When it is not the mosquito invasion (up to 20 mosquitoes in the room last September, true), it is the 26 degrees of the room, when it is no longer the heat, it is the noisy work of the hotel or the smell of sewage at the reception ... And good ... For a room currently priced at 189 euro, the sheets have not been changed once on our stay at this price this should be done. By the way, the mosquitoes are back ... As long as your stagnant water points are in the car park it will not be settled, we are literally attacked. Overall a good hotel, rooms are nice, clean, bedding very good but for the price charged there are really things to review on the quality of services. So we put 3 stars for the room, the bedding, the rich breakfast and the very good place of the hotel in town but that will be all.

Really sorry. Friendly staff, luckily. No water in the rooms. Shower in the bathtub, hot water at 20 degrees. Room at 118 euros !!!!!. Ibis no longer respects its customers. Not recommended in Bordeaux.

We stayed two nights at the hotel this weekend. Saturday evening was screwed because we were late for all evening activities. We came back from the day trip tired, we had to change and hurry up to be on time for other last evening in Bordeaux activities. The door lock didn t work as it was dead. Receptionists came to open the door with the knife!! No technician in the hotel. It took about an hour for them going back and forth with knives to try to open the door. We were stuck because couldn t get into the room and leave the hotel because we had all our stuff in the room. When I asked to talk to the manager they said we have no manager. You can wait till the next morning . I asked so how you gonna fix this situation? We missed dinner and tour! And receptionist said you have two options: wait outside or you wait next to the room until we open the door then take your stuff and move to another room . In the morning when I asked for the manager the receptionist said the same no manager in place .

It s inappropriate for staff to communicate like that with the hotel guests and leaving them with this kind of negative experience, not even offering to have a coffee or a drink as a hotel treat while we were waiting as they said it would take some time may be more than an hour.

Air-Conditioning was broke, we were shifted to 3 rooms and still the Air-conditioning dint run! Worst experience of all times with IBIS!

Spacious room, very clean, good bedding. On the other hand the air conditioning is quite noisy for our room.
We have tested the hotel restaurant, let's say it pays for an affordable price.
