We systematically stay in this hotel during our stays in Bordeaux (refurbished reception). On the hotel side, everything is perfect.
The hotel is well located, the front desk staff are competent, attentive and accommodating when possible, the rooms are always clean.
On the other hand, it is difficult to compliment the bar and restaurant staff who are not very friendly ...
Coldness, lack of empathy, not a smile.
As for skills ... Sometimes vs are forced to claim the small saucer of ingredients that accompany appetizers (olives, peanuts, ...).
