the hotel is complete, comfortable but unfortunately the service is lacking in initiative

Overall the quality of this place is more consistent with a 2 star hotel, rather than 3. They called our room at 5am, woke us up, to say our shuttle was leaving 15 early then allowed the shuttle to leave without us while we were in the lobby waiting. Room was not great. Bed not comfortable.

It is comfortable, good and strategic. The service is quite good

The wifi barley works, the tap in the bathroom has two options either very low running water or very high which gets you wet and completely blasts the toothpaste off your toothbrush. The double beds are only queen sized. Breakfast variety is low. Other then that it's like any other budget hotel. I recommend people book at H Sovereign walking distance from Ibis. It's priced lower and has very big breakfast buffet, king size beds, big bathrooms.

Shower head was broken. Staff are friendly and breakfast is pretty good. I've stayed where the room was quite warm even with the AC on.

Strategic location, close to Ngurah Rai international airport. The interior design has traditional elements combined with more modern elements in several corners. The hotel is very strategic, close to the airport, especially Kuta beach, center by Bali, Legian area, and Jimbaran. the staff is also friendly and helpful, breakfast is pretty good and can be taken away if you hurry up.

The interior is good, the staff is friendly, but on the 3rd floor on the terrace there are less tables and chairs to sit in, with the capacity of meeting / seminar room + -100org, table chairs on the terrace are only 3 tables and 9 chairs

Service staff is nice and friendly. Only cleanliness of the bed is lacking. There found a stain on the blanket the first time it entered. A breakfast menu that is less variant 2 days, the menu is almost the same and for dessert it's boring.

2 star hotel by true. One of the favorite hotel for locals due to price and location next to an airport. The area around hotel is dirty and far from main touristic locations, but this is beyond the hotel control. Very nice and friendly staff. Great value for its money, close to the airport but no noise cancelling between the rooms and dirty under beds. So, if you want to stay next to the airport, this is one of the best options.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic because it is close to the airport, Kuta beach and souvenirs selling place including local restaurant as well as international menu. The hotel itself is quite comfortable and clean. One thing that is unique here for me is the small pool in the middle of the hotel yard that contains some golden fish that we can feed when we have breakfast or lunch. In general this hotel is good enough to rest both for individuals and groups.
