Looks like this is the hotel of choice for Lion Air pilots and flight attendants. For the class of room and price I think it is appropriate. The place is clean. Only the bathroom is too narrow.

Staying here because my flight got canceled. For a room with price around idr 4++.+++ the place is just so so. I stayed on the 5th floor and my pillow smells a bit bad. There's some stain in the bed sheet and the towel. The handle of the door seems like will be broken soon, i hope they can fix it. The breakfast tastes plain. Fried rice and fried noodles seems like no taste. The bubur sumsum isn't rich enough. Thumbs up for the porridge and fried cassava. Morning call is a bit late but acceptable. We use the airport transfer, but the transfer got delayed from the hotels for 30 minutes. Should learn the time managemenet better. The plus points are we can go to many places easily such as Krisna, the Keranjang, Harum Bali and some famous restaurant such as Laota, Nasi pedas bu Andhika and so on, easily spot market and the bathroom works fine and clean.

Value for money.. it is located in a nice not so crowded area, just around 10mins walk or 5 mins by taxi (download gojek it's like uber for bali, dirt cheap brand new vehicles good drivers used them over 20 times for long n short distances) back to the hotel I was given a very clean room, toilet was clean n the towels n linen for the room was white n spotless.. would definitely recommend Ibis

Perfect hotel location ... Friendly staff .. Clean room .. Close to the airport, there are many dining options around the hotel and close to the center of souvenirs Krisna. Pecel bu tinuk, Richeese Factory and pink tempong ... recommended places to eat ... It's a bit far from Kuta beach, but it doesn't matter ...

Maybe it was crowded and full so when I checked in and entered the room it still smelled of cigarettes, the shampoo and body wash were gone

The location of the hotel is near the airport, also not far from Kuta Beach ... Suitable for staying with family while on vacation.

Bali is all about their people . So good , so was are welcome in my first stop of Bali at IBIS. Greeted with so much warmth ,which very few country has. Rooms are good, with pool view. Like the pool more after the sunset as the lighting around it enchanting along with a attached small drink store, which comes on handy after short swims. Hotel is very affordable and the I would suggest to go for clean local massage available in the hotel itself. Breakfast needs to get a makeover to cater to the people world over ,but overall it was a great stay.

Fairly pleasant with basic amenities. The bathroom didn't seem entirely clean. And although checking in I was carrying over 35kg of luggage on my back and front, no one offered to help me to my room.

Room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom felt like being in a space ship. The staff were friendly but the rooms are dated and beds were like sleeping on a board. It's close to the beach and the airport, which is why we picked it, but tried to book into the spa and was told to wait 30mins when it was free, went back and the spa told us she was busy. Then called our room an hour later saying we had missed our appointment whilst never booking one due to her being busy. All in all I think 3/5 is fair it's not too bad but not excellence either, just somewhere in between.

The airport pick-up driver asked to abort transfering me to the hotel because the hotel guest (me) had checked in while I am on the way to Ibis hotel. Registeration at the front desk was too long while the emai from the marketing manager wrote we are waited your visit with breath taking experience the day before my arrival. We wait 30 minutes before the room key handed to us. Terrible experience for Accord Hotel member with loyality card holder

Check in at 7 pm ... there is a porter who helped carry the bag ... check in quickly ... when you enter a typical budget hotel room..small room..airly there is a pot of water prmanas take in the hallway outside the room ..
When we checked in the shower room, it was not available..towels and toothbrushes..when we asked for 1 toothbrush..and 2 towels..the room smelled of cigarettes..shg we opened the window ...
2 beds made 1 for us both ..

Close to the airport, near the center of the by, close to the center of the crowd, very strategic location, friendly service, good breakfast, good afternoon tea and many portions. highly recommended.

The hotel is good but the service is bad, so wait for the laundry, until late to go down for 1 hour, the delivery is not delivered, I have to take the receptions themselves, planga plongo, also don't understand what we explained

Room 522 where I stayed in is in need of good cleaning. Floor was dirty that is why they give free slippers. Trash bin is dirty covered in ciggarette ash. Bathroom is in need of major clean up. TV reception in the room is poor. Stained on ceiling under the AC unit. Staines on the study chair.
Furnishing is standard IBIS but in need of serious cleaning effort. Poorly maintained hotel room. I did not enjoy my stay here.

the toilet flusher is not perfect and creates continuous sound of dripping water. I had to ask towel twice.. but i like the design of the bathroom: it is simple and efficient.

The bed linen, latex & springbed were soiled with many brown stains, but covered with a bed cover. Maybe what is changed every day by the room boy is just the bed cover, not including the bed sheet underneath.
The main lobby and dining room are not air-conditioned so it is hot if it is filled with guests who are having breakfast.
There is an open space that is not too big but quite beautiful, can be used for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is nice, clean and simple. Even though it's not close to the beach, it's strategic to find food, travel and travel. Not surprisingly, there are often pilots and flight attendants at the hotel. Breakfast is standard, the price is quite cheap. Nice hotel as an alternative place to sleep in Bali.
