Staying here is very nice and pleasant. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. The staff of the Wulandari and MBA Dhea were very helpful in checking and checking out. Very nice.

The place is quite strategic because it is near Mangga dua Square. There is a mini market next to the entrance. For me the design of this hotel is quite unique because with limited space can contain so many hotel rooms. The service is good, but there is a case in the room that I live in where there is a problem in the toilet that cannot be flushed and the attendants come less quickly even though we as residents are tired and need a quick break. But this toilet problem is not experienced by friends who inhabit other rooms. The rest is very satisfying. I request delivery of the items I ordered to be sent directly to the hotel and communication with the hotel smoothly and the goods can be received even though I have not checked in. The breakfast provided is varied, both food and drinks. Residents of this hotel can also enjoy the swimming pool facilities at the next Novhotel. Drivers who deliver from the hotel to the office to the airport are also very friendly. Anyway, full service. Thank you for the service.

Arrived from 2 hours flight and 1 hour taxi to found my room (booked by well recognized agro industry company) was cancelled. Even I've got room finally but the reception guy was make me uncomfortable. Will switch to Amaris hotel next time, just one block away from there.

Staffs wr friendly, rooms wr clean, breakfast ws OK. The only problem was the coordination between hotel and parking. They still charged a lot for parking, while hotel staff said it hd bn taken care off and should b free. A bad closing of holiday.

A strategic place because it is very close to shops and shopping centers, unfortunately the rooms have no balconies.

Most like that view from the room is an artificial garden so, the room is cozy, only the bathroom is very narrow. The dining place is comfortable, the design is really nice.
