Ibis Jakarta Mangga Dua Review

The hotel is good, but unfortunately it's inside the mall, the mall is quiet

+ The hotel rooms are nice and big
+ Position of hotel near shopping center
+ friendly security and housekeeping
+ Toiletries are quite complete
+ There is a hairdryer
+ Gym and swimming pool facilities can connect to the novotel on the 5th floor
+ Nice mattress, and like other ibis they provide bolsters.
+ Mineral water in the room with spring brand glass and paper packaging toiletries. Good step to reduce plastic waste.

- Hot water in the shower can only be very hot or cold. No in between (room 5220).
- The receptionist is not friendly from check in to check out. Especially those who check out, never smile and offer to help.
- It's hard to refill the water in the bottle that I brought myself ... even though I have a dispenser in every ibis budget in my city. Have asked the restaurant, the guard was asked 'are you staying here?' It was answered yes, he said there was no. Period at the ckck drinking water mace restaurant. Finally, I was informed and asked to housekeeping only. My position at that time was checkout so it was a bit rushed even though.

Anyway, the crew in the lobby were not helpful. Everything else is good :)

The hotel is the best in terms of cleanliness, arrangement and organization, and I thank all the receptionists and the restaurant, especially Ms Riska for their hospitality. We will return soon, Allah willing.

The 3 days at ibis over are all good and the staff is very friendly like Adi Putry and Riska in the restaurant.

This hotel is clean, reception is polite, room are spacious. It's in the center of shopping malls. Very convenient for me to buy drinks and fruit at Carrefour supermarket.

A comfortable hotel for those who stay in the two Mango area.

Okay bro. The number of facilities available for the staff is also quite friendly. But if you want the food to be varied more by the menu, every day it should be for the breakfast menu every day, because we stay 4 days the menu continues.

Poor service,
I arrived at 10.00 WIB and there were only smoking rooms, he said. If you want those who are nonsmoking at 1 o'clock

Then I came home at 5:00 p.m. and he said there was no non-smoking room yet
And he said it was still in the cleaning process.

The receptionist didn't want to be blamed either

The access is ok and strategic but to get to the car park Upstairs is too dizzy xD

Room is big, im booking 1 bed but instead i have 2 single bed that have been place side by side thus there is sinkhole in center. The placement of bathroom, toilet and washbasin are cramped together.
Breakfast are so so nothing special.

+ Location is good in the center of Jakarta. Rooms are ok, do not understand the too small toilet in the room (standard room). Apart from the toiletm the room was OK en bed very good. Wifi reception in the room was fine, speed average.

- Breakfast was boring, no fantasy. I expect something better in Indonesia, not enough taste. Not many choice (a similar priced *** hotel of another chain in Malang had 5 times more choice with better quality).
- Dinner was boring as well. Had dinner there once for convenience but take a few steps to the mall next door or find a real restaurant.
- Hotel is on the 8th floor. The club on the 3rd can be heard in the room (boom boom bass).
We were in Ibis Styles in a weekend.

2 days check in at ibis to celebrate your new year and family holiday. not in vain to come to ibis the staff are friendly and friendly and the swimming pool is big at the nopotel. my son and family are very happy. at breakfast it was delicious even though it was very busy but the staff was friendly and still smiling, especially mas julian he really helped me, especially my son was very happy when given a small doll hotel souvenir from julian.

A nice 3* hotel located in the business & shopping area..in the complex called Mangga Dua Square, complex of some hotels (Novotel, Amaris, Ibis Style), a mall, stores or office. Easy to access with TransJakarta bus (the shelter is right in front of the complex), surrounded with food stalls, close to Mangga Dua ITC shopping center, Ancol amusement park (only 600-700 m away). Also easy to access from airport since the airport toll road gate is only 500 m. The hotel shares swimming pool with Novotel since they're both next to each other. ATM & minimarkets are around.

This hotel which is integrated with Mangga Dua Square Mall is indeed very playful! Full of beautiful artwork, from when we enter the lobby to the room there are lots of colorful artworks that are very suitable for background photos hehe,

Complete hotel facilities, prayer room, gym to spa. The hotel staff service is very very very friendly, the hotel rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is quite complete with many variants of food menu choices and the taste is very good.

The hotel is very close to several landmarks in Jakarta such as Mangga Dua and Ancol areas (Dufan, Sea World)
Oh yes, this hotel also provides a playground for children, perfect for family stays!

We both only complained about the absence of a faucet in the bathroom so we had to perform ablution with the shower, that's a little thing but it is quite our concern, that's all and there are no other shortcomings in this hotel.

But when I check-in it turns out to be fullbook ... forced to take the smoking room ... eh it turned out that the smell wasn't delicious finally asked the hotel to clean it first ... and they did it ... the room is clean and fresh ...

The worst hotel during the stay as an accor plus member.

Starting from checking in, the hotel front desk is unfriendly and not welcome.

Peel the fruit subject to hotel charges.

During breakfast the taste is not good, the rice is overcooked, the fried rice noodles are hard. and the service krg: while eating, no permission lgs take the plate we are using.

As an Accor Plus member, I can't use member benefits for late check out, it's complicated and answered unfriendly for various reasons that don't make sense by Mrs. Dhea (front desk). Because the connecting room is a member, the status of the member has to be platinum, so you get the benefit of late check out then all 3 hotel managers are off. Then mrs dhea (front desk) challenged and invited us to have a bad review about this two square mango ibis style hotel.

So I'm very disappointed with this experience. For 10 years or more often staying at Accor hotels, you have experienced this tragic incident in the ibis class too. Even though I often stay at the Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, Fairmont, and Br2, I stay at the ibis style Sunter SJ, I am treated very well and are very friendly.

Very nice and comfortable hotel for me to spend my 3 months in Indonesia. A special mention to Ms. Wita who's the housekeeper for today. A job well done on keeping my room clean and organized. Plus points for her friendly attitude.
