This is my 3rd time to stay here but my first time time to stay and book here by myself. Honestly for all the serves I gavw you , because when j feel uncomfortable with other guest, the staff really helpful and decided to slow the problem. Thank you so much for all the staff who help me to make me feel that this hotel my second home.

Reward points for the FO when I am check in and out. But unfortunately I forget to ask the name. Reward points also for The security ibis and Novotel, especially for O. Hermawan. He is very helpful and make me fell secure wherever I am stay there.

The swimming pool staff also very nice.. Both of them staff. They are very helpful. I love to stay and swimming there. Thank you so much for wonderful experience and I am sure will come back again and again.

Note : For Gym staff, I thought you need to switch on the lamp in Gym during the night because when I went the gym at night all the the lamp still switch off and I discouraged to gym at night. However just a little advice for you.

Never get tired of managing here, clean rooms can access to Novotel, the pool is really big. Breakfast is delicious, good service from mba riri

Strategic location, right above the shopping mall therefore it s easy to shop till drop then go back resting in the hotel.
Breakfast has some various options from Indonesian food to cereal and bread and butter. Service is friendly and lovely, cheerful room with colorful bed hood. They have swimming pool and also mini kids corner.

Good hotel. The staff is very helpful. The restaurant is clean and still smiles even though when I eat breakfast always. The friendly staff name Julian offered me vege fried rice because I happened to be a vegetarian and I was very happy. Comfortable stay here hehe

The design of the hotel is cool as there is a garden in the middle, the staff is friendly, the rooms are minimalist but still cool, clean, the swimming pool is great because it joins the hotel Novotel, easy access to Mango Two Square just walk

really top, the hotel is great for relaxing because it can use the swimming pool at the hotel next to it. the box doesn't work for the price nor is it too expensive and worth it. the staff is also friendly and very helpful. especially when eating breakfast at the restaurant. all smiling and very welcome like Julian. The recommendation is for the North Jakarta area hotel.

we stayed in IBIS i think 3 nights. actually staff and atmosphere of campus is really good but main thing is that there so person who can speak proper English. another main problem is there is no proper arrangement for vegetarian people. so i think you should add some vegetarian dishes in your breakfast list.
