Just passed my IELTS exam here in the 3rd floor. Well we got some of complementary such as pizza, some breads and drink. They really have a nice staff here. Plus, they bathroom really convenient and clean.

It can be better with the following:

1. Needs Better bandwidth for internet services. Starts to be unstable during the night. Probably because alot of people are using the open network.

2. Room cleaning service seems irregular in timing. I stayed up from 7am till 2pm today but cleaners didnt come yet despite hanging 'Masuk'.

3. Consider a gym perhaps?

Apart from all that is mentioned, this place is good. Keep up the good work.
