My roof was damaged by the recent storm. He told me in order to get the special I had to get the roof today, which was quite suspicious to me. He tried to pressure me to get the roof today, but who pays $20,000 for a roof without multiple estimates. When Jeff told me I should get my roof fixed first then take the bill to my home insurance for reimbursement, I felt like he was insulting my intelligence. What insurance company is going to pay out without seeing the damages? Then he tried to instill fear in me about how the insurance company is going to drop me if I file a claim or raise my rates. I was quite taken aback by his shady sales tactics. I realized this was not the company to do business with. Beware.

Diamond roofing workers arrived at the time they indicated to me. I had a roofing question regarding "soft spots" that might occur in my roof, as indicated in my initial appointment. When I asked the roofers, there was no hesitation in answering,, "they would check and repair if any soft spots were found, they indicated, there were none." They did not appear annoyed with me asking a question.

Diamond Home Services came out to my house on December 5th to quote the replacement of my 23-year-old roof. Within one week of receiving a very reasonable quote, I had a new roof on my house. Roofers were friendly, efficient, thoughtful of my neighbors, and cleaned up every scrap before they left. It could not have been easier and less painful! I am very satisfied with my new roof, and would recommend Diamond Home Services.
My dad used this service (he doesnt have email) he was faced with an emergency with a hole in his roof/ gutters in late 2017 and they were efficient with the repairs. He called Monday and got service in 2 days. Right after he got the roof repaired it rained so much the next week so it was great timing. I am very happy that my dad is happy for this service and they even assisted with financing. Rita was a gem, and my dad will be a customer for life!
I received a call (telemarketer as I now know) she said she had been with the company for over 10 years and they were the best. THIS "BRAD" SO HE CALLS HIMSELF OR IS THAT THERE COVER FOR ALL THEIR RUDE SALESPEOPLE?? I see this name is mentioned in many of the negative reviews. any way he shows up quotes me an extremely high price...although he is providing my first estimate for this apt to be remodeled. He begins asking or insisting that I decide right now. I had informed him I am representing the owner I can't make a decision without her input and mind you I didn't even question his outrageous price. He turned very rude and says 'so she pays you to waste your time and mine."
If this wasn't unprofessional enough he walks off in the middle of the street and shouts out about 2-3 car lengths away at the top of voice "AND HOW ARE YOUR GONNA PAY FOR THIS WORK FINANCE OR CREDIT!" I see you don't have a ZERO (0) rating .. a ONE (1) is too high a score.
Diamond did our Garage Roof. They did a great job. Very friendly and explained everything. No mess and very clean. We will definitely have them again and refer them to others.
The owner was very unprofessional, wouldn't bid in writing, didn't look at the attic before giving a number, tried to play hardball. Maybe because im black or a woman or he didn't like the nieghbrohood, whatever, we own several properties so he wont be asked to bid again.

Windows look great excpet a couple of cracks in some windows, however the installers have no regard for your stuff. you can move and cover your stuff and they ll still find a way to leave marks in your tub and cuts in your boxing bag.

Diamond came out and gave me an estimate for my roof. They were the least expensive quote I got while getting quotes over a year. They offered financing options with good rates. The crew showed up the day they said on time and completed the job within 6.5 hours, they were professional and cleaned up behind themselves. I would recommend them for roof repairs for sure. They also provided me with a 15 year warranty on my roof.

I wanted repair work done on my roof and I received a call from the company letting me know that someone would come out at a time agreed on. Then I received a call asking me what I needed done. He ask me if I'm really going to get the work done, duh yes I am. I then told him that I had a insurance adjuster who came out and did his inspection. The guy from Diamond ask me what did they give me to get the job done. I threw out a number to him. Not the correct amount. I told him ten thousand. He then told me that the work would be done right away. After he arrived, he was professional at all. I told him what I wanted and he quoted me the exact price I told him over the phone. Without looking at anything. I laughed and he ask me what price did I have in mind. I then told him thank you and have a nice day. Diamond your workers or whoever represents you, makes you look BAD ass hell. I now agree that you are out to rip people off.
I needed a new roof I went on line and got a couple of roofing companies Diamond had good reviews so I call them to setup an appointment Cary was my agent he came out the next day he was very professional he went over everything with me told me step by step of what exactly what was going to be done showed me all the colors I could choose from. When the workers came out to do my roof they started early in the morning and finish that same day they was also very professional they clean up every piece of garbage, shingles, and wood and mess up all was very nice I recommend Diamond to my neighbors and co workers.
About 8 years ago a co-worker recommended Diamond Home Services to me for remodeling and repairs. My home needed a new roof. I sent them an internet inquiry around 5:45pm because, I figured they were shutting down for the night. Rita called me the next morning and left me a message. I called her and my appointment was set. My specialist was on time and he told me exactly what needed to be done. I asked how much....the price was so good, I was in a hurry to get the deal done. He was at the table writing and I had my finance company on the phone.....done deal.
The Diamond team were very professional; they were early, put the tarps down, and removed the old roof. They checked and prepared the under wood for the new roof. After the "prep work," they were ready to put the new roof on the house. They did a great job!!!! They cleaned up my yard, my grass, and both my neighbor's grass and walkways. If the house needs anymore work, I will call them.

For at least 5 years now Diamond Home services has called me monthly to ask whether I need work done. And for years I have had no needs.
Finally when I did have needs, I set an appointment with a two hour window. With 15 minutes remaining on the window and no contact from them, I called to learn the person can't make it. I rescheduled the appointment.
On the reschedule, no one came. I didn't get called or contacted in any way.
I called back after being abandoned twice to give them another chance and spoke with Millie who says she was the Manager. Ironic that she makes that claim because I specifically asked for a supervisor, and she said there was none on duty until "tomorrow." So I ask for a manager and, Surprise! SHE is the manager. Right.
When I explain the situation to her she blames last week's Jewish holiday and a guy's car trouble. Then she "reminds" me that two years ago I was not home for an appointment set with them, as though I deserved to be blown off twice in a month. Can't say I remember that, but also can't say it isn't true. It may be. She then asks me whether I have the money to do the work now. That was enough.
Either way, it was too defensive for me to want to deal with them any longer. I asked to be taken off of their call list. We'll see whether that happens.

They did gutter work on my bungalow. They never said they were sub contracting the work out. Their subcontractor rushed the work and had to come back three times to get it right. He was also unreliable as far as when he said he was coming. They also continually call you looking to do more work even after telling them to stop calling. Too expensive for the quality of work also.

BEWARE!!!! This company PREYS on elderly customers! This company came to my mother's home, had her complete an application for service, and when she asked the salesman, Brad, to allow me to see the document, HE REFUSED!!! Not only did he refuse to allow her to take her application with all of her personal information to review, he THREATENED to report her porch to the city. How could any professional or legitimate business be that VINDICTIVE and CORRUPT?
Brad is an embarassment and if this is any indication of the quality of service and professonalism Diamond Construction offers, I would strongly advise anyone to call another company! Do not waste your time or money with these PREDATORS!

Diamond home services did a first floor remodel of toilet room and separate shower room in our 1890s home. The work included plumbing , electrical and modification of hot water radiator heating. I have had multiple contractors come for estimates but none even responded with a quote for the job until Diamond came along. I had an estimate before they left our house with discount for getting the work done prior to new year. I had a short window between holiday guests and they were able to set up a great crew to complete the work. I had easy access to the foreman for any questions that arose. They were responsive to my preferences and communicated with me along the way. The plumbing and electrical work was well coordinated to get the job done without delays and the remains from demolition carted away promptly. I am pleased with result as well as process and would use this company again.

After being scammed by a company a few years ago, sometimes you don't know how to trust. This company does what it says it will do hands down. I thought I posted about these thieves when they stole thousands of dollars on a huge remodeling job and didn t bother to return to finish the work. I was their first full home remodel according to Craig Diamond and they were definitely in over their heads. There were so many code violations and the workers (when they did show up) drank beer while working. I ve had smaller jobs done by this company with no problems, even though they are overpriced, but when it came time to do a full home remodel they were a joke. I paid this company over $20K for a job I had to do over. They walked off the job with my money and abandoned my project. Shop around first. Beware!!!
