In terms of service, I am always comfortable with the standard Swiss Belhotel anywhere. It's just that I feel the room is too large for the deluxe type to be empty. Maybe in it there can be additional other interiors so it's not really empty. On the other hand there is something quite impressive, at breakfast the servants are very helpful.

Indeed, it is one of the big hotels in Manokwari, but employees are less disciplined, less friendly and too trivial. The response is long, wifi is often an error, want to go home the breakfast to take away eh just given a loaf of bread arranged by God. Hopefully it can improve, don't smpe big names, neglect and customers run away because of the bad impression.

For a 4 star hotel, swiss bel has to improve its service. Food are ok, but the air cond need to have a new one. Current one in my room doesnt really help to cool the air. Bad room need more improvement too. Smells badly and the bath tub need to be removed
