My husband and I have stayed in many ibis hotels from 2* to 4* and although with both staff and food no complaints, the room wasn't cleaned for 2 days.
I did tell reception but to avail!!

Went there to return my rental car, had some drinks before heading to the airport. Was very clean and modern looking. Would love to stay here.
Nice hotel if you have to fly early the next day. The shuttle bus stopped in front of the hotel and brought us to the airport. Friendly and very helpful staff. The room rate was not even 100 Euro for a double room. Room was beautifully clean and everything we needed was provided. Definitely recommended for people who have to fly early.
Attentative and friendly staff. Rooms are old and need renovation. Clenliness ist just okay. When booking online the picture of the room looked much nicer.

No noice from the planes, clean and simple room and everything you need is available in the hotel. Only downside is that you are quite far away from the city center.

Simple, buffet was a bit too basic, no sodas. But the have a fresh orange juice machine out in the morning.
Personnel and service were great. Product not so much. Room was on main floor facing front of hotel. Hot and stuffy, no ac. Opened window to limo drivers smoking and playing music and talking loud. Upgraded to Suite wing. Room same size but cool and facing onto quiet parking lot. Better. All food and beverages overpriced compared to elsewhere in Europe. No outlets nearby for food. Captive audience so take advantage. Unlikely to return.

The best place I have ever stayed in the Amsterdam region (this was my fifth time). Very strategic location, close to the airport, with shuttle service to / from the hotel, and a short distance from a bus station with several options that can take you to the center of Amsterdam or nearby cities. The hotel facilities are great, nice decor, bar, restaurants. The room is pleasant, well designed to better accommodate furniture and space, comfortable and clean bed. The breakfast is incredible, breads and croissants fresh, delicious, it seems that they produce on their own; variety of fruits, cheese, yogurts, etc. There is also a cold water machine, if you want to fill your own water bottle. It was very convenient and will certainly be my option when I return to AMS.

The price of food and drink in the hotel is very dear. There's a McDonald's across the road or a trip into Schiphol airport, on the free shuttle bus, is another option. Schiphol airport obviously offers more choice and at cheaper rates.
The free shuttle bus is very handy, although saying that, it can get very chaotic.
The staff are absolutely wonderful. They are very helpful, professional and more importantly, friendly.
Very bad experience, the night staff is unpleasant and very disrespectful, we were fired from the hotel at 4am (because it felt like cannabis but hey it's a little normal I want to say) in 5 minutes 10 minute making us pay 100th supp for the weekend that was not even finished, all its not to mention the price of food or even drinks that are really abusing (ex: water bottle 5 ). So I strongly advise against it.
Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Burger bar restaurant was just what mother/daughter needed after our 10 day trip! If ever in Amsterdam again, will definitely be staying again.

Highly recommended. Service at the front desk is excellent, the rooms are very comfortable and as I was there between connecting flights, I was able to shower, sleep peacefully (excellent double glazing to drown out the noise from arriving andd departing flights) and eat an incredible steak from a very comfortable, ambient style restaurant with table service. Breakfast the next morning had a choice for all nationalities

The soundproofing of the rooms is to improve. There was noise, loud voices, customers laughing at late hours.

It was just fair experience for the price of 79/night. Has multiple bars and restaurants on different floors. No mini-bar or microwave In my room. Has a mini-shop with some nice gift items. I bought a slazenger mini luggage bag for 16+ and it tore right in the hotel before I could get to the airport.
The hotel is good overall the staff need to get the location and conditions. The only thing is that there are no face towels in the bathrooms and the bathrooms are unbelievably small. I have been staying at ibis hotels for many times and stayed at 3 ibis hotels on this holiday and the breakfast is very expensive and inadequate compared to other hotels. also very expensive in my opinion.

Great hotel for 1 night. Because it is close to Schiphol, this is the ideal hotel if you have to catch an early flight. You can go for a snack or drink in the bar.
We enjoyed the stay and were always perfectly attended to by staff. The room was a bit small making moving around in the room difficult especially when you have a couple suitcases to accommodate. Missing a coffee machine or complimentary water in the room. Other than that we will come back to this hotel in the future. Paid parking for guests also a minus. Carpet on the floor makes moving a suitcase on wheels more difficult with several inclinations. Most staff excellent. One person was not so friendly in front of reception when buying some supplies. Plain rude. That is why the lower classification. In reality most staff deserves a big hand.
