I entering my room and found little surprise at my bed. They set my room up with swan towel and put my picture with my husband. also i get a plate of slice cake on the table. it was
really being my memorable stay along the holiday.
Also thanks to Ibu Dian as a Manager Incharge who assist me during my stay.

Even though the room was small but comfortable and clean, my wife and I were very happy when we made flowers and elephants from towels made by ANDRI, stay 1 day in 1423 and 24 so it added 1 day because it was comfortable and Mr. Andri was friendly with me and my child, pokonya recommendation is to return again if there is like time and family vacation again

Good location for family fun (in same location with Trans Studio Bandung), the hotel service is very good. There are many connecting rooms with both queen and twin bed to suit your family needs. There is no tootbrush in the room but you can ask to the room service for free, however for me it does not matter as I prefer to use my own tootbrush.

i prefer to stay at this hotel for business.. fair rates n good atmosphere

The service is good, the food is also delicious. It's just that the toilet floor and wall in the shower is very dirty and slippery, until it is yellow. Maybe it's never been brushed when cleaned. So disgusted if you want to take a shower. Hopefully in the future it can be improved even more, so that it becomes cleaner. Thx

Because it is very close to Trans Studio, the food is okay, the facilities are okay, easily accessible by any vehicle, just jammed in front of the hotel.

Fairly new hotel, but I found the rooms very small and it was crowded on weekends. Sunday breakfast was full, so hard to get a table and just seemed a bit loud and crowded at breakfast and in the lobby area.

Over all is comfort. But im bored with menu in this restaurant.

Comfortable, affordable hotel with direct access to TransMart Studio n Mall

Booking 4 rooms but when check in got separate floor room so it makes our family vacation uncomfortable as we need to go to the lobby floor to change lift as they separate the lift for several floor. Try to complain this to receptionist (Andri) but doesn't solve problem and challenge me to make a complain. What a bad services.
