Room is nice. Breakfast is standart. Friendly staff. Good for smokers because they have smoking room. Just walk to malls and trans studio.

Strategic place, easy to reach. Next to Trans Studio Mall. There is a large mosque opposite the hotel. The staff are friendly, and light-handed helping without being asked.
The rooms are clean, neat, there is a warm shower, table and chairs near the window glass.
The dishes are delicious, the one I like most is roasted rice and buttered rice.
The toilet is clean, many do not use a bidet (hose spray / jet shower). For those who are accustomed to using bidets, it is rather uncomfortable. Resto on the ground floor, Level 2 specifically for meeting rooms. To take the elevator to the 3rd floor or above, you must use your room key card or ask the clerk for help.

the family room is a connecting room which is pretty worthed, but the cleanliness can be better, because it smells a bit around the entrance of the room and the shower room. Promo prices via booking.com include breakfast, enough food. Salad is not fresh. But the other food drinks are quite ok, better if there is infused water

It's delicious ... but it doesn't recommend if it's Lebaran ...

My first experience at Ibis Trans Studio, I ordered a ticket via Trav * loka, I arrived at the hotel around 21:22, when I checked in I had to wait for my room to be cleaned, I thought it only took 15-30 minutes, but no, counting until I typed this review at 11:15 p.m. the room key was still not given.

Lastly I got a room on the top floor (lt 22 if I was not mistaken), the bathroom had started needing maintenance, like a shower that leaked, the water was not heavy / fast gushing, hot cold water could not be stained, sometimes hot sometimes cold alternately continued .

But just for your information, the check in are at 2.00 pm, so don't early come to this hotel

There is no toothbrush and it paste. The resto need to be separated for guest event and guest room especially at breakfast, full, I have no place to sit. No refrigerator and locker. There isnt soap place in shower so its difficult to put soap, samphoo, toothbrush, etc. Reseptions check in area was strange just like at the airport with queue line, annoying. The bottle water isnt enough just only 2 which others give 4 each for a day.

But room lights are good, there is a dim light. The location is great. I wish there will be improved better next time I visit there, soon. Its great hotel actually
