Can't go wrong with Ibis, if you're looking for a consistent quality of service. Choose any Ibis hotel and you can expect the same service and it's comforting to have so you don't have to play a lottery when you stay at a hotel. The area is quite crowded as expected but still acceptable in my opinion

Impolite staffs. Asking for review through personal message after I gave them 3 stars only. Cleanliness is a big issue. Look under your bed, and you'll find bunch of dust and some hairs on the floor. Other than location, there's no point staying here, even for me as an Accor member. Better spend your dime somewhere else to get better experience.

The hotel is very strategic location, in the middle of the city, close to shopping centers.

Room is ok, but the bathroom is a little bit too small, shower and basin drain is somewhat clogged, need some time for the water to be drained.

Advantages :
Great hotel, nice, comfortable and clean. As well as service from excellent employees. Located on the edge of a major road and adjacent to Trans Studio.
The food is quite a lot, but unfortunately like most other 4 and 5 stars prioritize western tastes.

The drawbacks;
The bathroom is too small and is not provided with a place to put toiletries in the shower area, so shampoo soap and toothpaste are placed on the floor or have to go out first from the glass-covered shower area to the sink.
Another drawback is that the location is a bit far into the city of Bandung, so for tourists aiming to the Lembang area, it takes an additional 30 to 60 minutes, because of traffic jams, especially during high season / holiday ..
Over all this hotel is very recommended ...

One of the best 3 star Hotel from Accor Hotel Group at Bandung, West Java. The quite big Hotel is closely to Trans Studio Mall, shopping center where you can get all what you need for your daily uses. For leisure directly beside the hotel is the amusement center, Trans Studio. Also for weekend you can spend your quality time with your family here. It is amusement, shopping and staying at one place.

No toothbrush , no toothpaste.

This is one of high rise building around Gatot Subroto street. I think this is a good choice with affordable price. Nice and clean modern room hotel. Comfort bed and nice toilet. At that time I was on 21st floor, upper floor with huge view of the city. Nice and friendly staff, really friendly.

In my opinion, the hotel wins location and name only .. for standard room sizes, room doors are similar to emergency doors for multi-storey buildings in general .. bathroom doors have no locks .. only win in service n the same time ..

The last one was here before the pandemic, and just came here again during the pandemic and the visitors feel the difference. During a pandemic like this it is more comfortable because it is not too crowded before the pandemic. Near the same transtodio

Nginep disini 4 malam karena ada keg kantor. As muslim, kurang nyaman sama closet dg jenis semprotan yg dri belakang dan ternyata kamar 736 semprotannya itu rusak, airnya gak keluar. Jadi gue dan teman ngebilas pake air kran di wastafel. Untung ada gelas . Jdi lebih milih buat gunain restroom di ruang pertemuannya yg ada semprotan dri depan.
Terlepas dri masalah itu, kamarnya nyaman. Ada hairdryer itu yg aku suka.
Menu sarapan di restoran banyak pilihan tapi setiap hari hampir sama untuk pendamping nasinya .
