ibis Bandung Trans Studio Reviews

Stay 1 night in a standard king size bed room. The facilities are good, but there are less things like the bathroom door without the key model and the trash can in the room there is no lid.

Room service is very good when I ask for a bucket and dipper to bathe the baby, immediately searched and delivered to the room.

For a nice breakfast menu and many variations of the standard 4 or 5 stars.

This 3-star hotel is strategically located at Jl. Gatot Subroto who is next to Trans Studio Mall. It is suitable to bring children to various rides, games for all ages. Her hotel was clean and the price is fair dg existing facilities. Can be an alternative choice for hotels in the same class in Bandung

For those of you who visit Wahana Trans Studio Mall, Ibis Bandung is a safe, comfortable place, close to Wahana Trans Studio in Bandung

The location is right next to the Trans Studio ... the rooms are nice and comfortable ... the food is delicious ... the breakfast is quite varied

walk to the trans studio mosque, and to the TSB mall. hotel room and bathroom are kept clean. luxury in budget price.

Good place according to budget, friendly, cozy, strict health protocol and strategic access

This hotel room is nice, compact and modern. Good view. Strategic, close to the Trans Studio Bandung, which is an integrated mall with adventure park. Unfortunately the elevator is lacking to serve 22 floors, so that during rush hour, waiting for the elevator can be 15 minutes alone. The division of space is also a bit chaotic, because the restaurant is used as a place to pass by from the hote to Plasa.

We stayed in Ibis Trans Studio last weekend and overall it was a pleasant experience. There are things need to be highlighted:

1. Location
This is the main strength point of Ibis Trans Studio. It's located in Gatot Subroto next to Trans Luxury Hotel and Trans Studio Mall which will be the attracting feature for travelers from other cities. The location itself is accessible by many transportation modes and particularly easy to reach from Bandung Train Station

2. Hospitality
The hotel staff are kind and helpful. They are very polite in serving their guests. On the day we arrived at Ibis Trans Studio, we were 2 hours earlier from their checkin clock. However, they were eager to check on any available room. Once they found one, they informed us and let us enter the room. That means a lot to us.

3. Breakfast
Quality breakfast with both western and Indonesian food. They serve breakfast from 6 am and even earlier on special request

1. Room key
They used digital room key for guests to access particular floor and room. However, many guests, myself included, found it difficult in accessing floor and enter our room. We need to ask receptionist for replacement many times. My suggestion for Ibis is they might want to switch their digital key to the tapped model. Last time I checked they still used the plug-in model.

2. Lack of amenities
Unlike other 3-star-above hotels, they decide to provide minimum number of amenities. During our stay, we only got pair of soaps and shower cap. They did provide the tooth paste on request and I found this a little bit odd. Also, pair of cotton buds wouldn't hurt.

3. Parking Basements
Since the parking basements are a joint parking lot among Ibis, Trans Luxury, and TSM, it's a little bid confusing at first. The Ibis parking area is a little bit hidden and we spent half an hour just to park our car.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I will definitely stay there again. Ibis, in general, never fails me. Keep up the good work!

Buget hotels in addition to the trans studio and trans luxury hotels. The rooms are quite numerous and comfortable. There is a TV, fridge, safe deposit, desk chairs and bathroom.

Ruangan nyaman dan bersih,pelayanan bagus,sarapan enak,letak strategis.
Sedikit masukan saja, laundry nya kurang wangi,handuk nya agak bau.

For the price of an Ibis hotel at the Trans Studio Mall it's quite cheap with very good facilities.
The breakfast is ok and the access anywhere is very easy

The rooms are clean but rather cramped. If there is a swimming pool, the hotel is better

The size of small rooms with toilets is quite narrow

First time stayed here andz it was good, clean and friendly staff. It's a pity that guest must dial "6" just to get a cheap tooth paste and tooth brush. Why not providing it in the room as standard service???
Also the soap and shampoo are combined as 2 in one package. Not good.

Love to stay here, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is varied, when required to stay for 4D 3N, it is not boring because in between breaks, we can go to the TSM or the mosque to hear tausiah from the famous ustazd-ustazd.

Date 30/12/2019 - 12/12/2020, staying at the ibis hotel tsd bg. Facilities, security, employee hospitality and comfort are ok, only a rather difficult parking space may be high season. Close to TSM studios and malls, I recommend for tourists who come to stay here to stay. Maintain and succeed for the ibis hotel ...
