Nice place, almost complete entertainment and food place in single area

food runs out not in Reefill even though it is only 8 o'clock. Milk like aer feels like it's the same as aer mineral. even though it's just right if you want. abis hotel opooo ikiiii. the food was so bad once and finally I stayed there.

The hotel is next to a trans studio ... swimming pool is not available and the parking lot has to ride with Transmart (free hotel occupants).

Hotel Bagus is close to shopping centers and entertainment centers with very good views over the city of Bandung ..., more complete if there is a swimming pool so the children are more comfortable ....

The location is very strategic, close to Trans Mall Bandung. It's just that the fried rice is overpriced, it doesn't suit the taste. So if you want to enjoy Bandung cuisine, you should not hotel.

Entering the lobby of the hotel, I felt like I was walking into a check in counter at an airport. It certainly did not feel like a typical Ibis Hotel, in a good way.

There was water leaking in my room. They handled it quite nicely by making arrangements to swap rooms and well communicated with us two different floor levels to choose from, yet frankly I had thought that I was going to get a room upgrade. Tough luck!

The restaurant had a breakfast buffet with the most variety I had ever encountered in an Ibis Hotel thus far. I found the stalls more interesting. The resto was always very busy in the morning. The good thing is that there are enough tables to fit you in, even if that means you have to share the table woth strangers. On a lucky day, you can make friends or find new business opportunities. One of my friends told me that this hotel in particular always get large group bookings, mainly by government institutions.

I was staying with friends for 3 nights due to work, and we were frustrated with their very slow lifts. I heard that some of them broke down, causing everyone to queue, going up or down. To go down, there was a time when had to wait 20-30 minutes for a lift in the morning that had enough space for us because it was always full. On our second day, we gave up after seeing a large group checking in and thus, we used the staff lift instead. We kept on doing that until we checked out.

Would I stay there again? Probably, if I had business to do in the surrounding area or if I had no better option. Although it seems like without me, they will still be making a pretty good business, even with the poor lift condition.

I give 5 stars for the rooms, but not for the food.

The rooms are clean, neat, friendly his officers ... just check in at 2 pm, preferably 12 hours late jd could fit the noon prayers in the room

Strategic breakfast in a strategic location in Karasan Mall Trans Studio

Quality room and service. I'd like to pass my compliment on the responsive staff of Ibis Bandung Trans Studio. I got a room that had a problem on the air-conditioning, so I asked for some help via the phone. The technician came in no time. The fastest response I've ever got from a hotel. Bravo.

Love the service at the restaurant, the food was nice, i like the bread section. The room that i stayed has no soap, dirty bed, the toilet bidet was broke and the key card was failed for several times but then, they fix fast. Good job.

Nice and comfortable 3 star hotel located right next to Trans Studio mall. Not spacious but has good amenities. Breakfast has many selections. Fast and easy Check in.
