Now it's too crowded, if you want to park there is no valley, you have to go to the mall, walk to the hotel far away ..

The place is comfortable, but there is no swimming pool. The food served is varied and tasty. Near to malls and trans studios to play.

Pretty decent hotel, but no swimming pool, no inter hotel doctor to see on emergency situations.

The hotel is quite clean and the amenities provided is standard for a three star hotel. Room is quite spacious but the shower space is awkward and very small.

The location might not be good for those who want to explore tourist destinations in Bandung.

As expected from hotels with prices above 400,000 / night. In terms of service it is quite satisfying and fast. One thing that I recommend is to order the room + breakfast, because breakfast at Ibis has many choices and is satisfying in terms of taste.

Room service is also alert, no more than 5 minutes I ordered a prayer tool, the service employee immediately arrived at the room.

It should be noted that there is no bathtub, but there is a shower and hot water. There are not too many TV channels but it doesn't matter because for me there isn't too much silence in the room and watching TV.

If you bring a private vehicle, park in the Mall parking area and you will be given free parking from the hotel when we give parking tickets to the hotel.

Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the Ibis hotel. 5 star!

Comfortable budget hotel. Right next to Trans Studio Mall with direct access. Complete breakfast and there is the 2018 World Cup Nobar. There is a Bar to hang out. Fast Check Out is provided. The rooms are not too spacious but comfortable. The bathroom is rather small but quite clean. Service is also quite good. Recommended hotel for vacation and business

Good location and overall good experience but was upset cause the duvei were mostly have stain on it even though its clean people will think its still dirty and not cleaned properly

Even though the bathroom's bathroom is small but decent without a swimming pool ... the food is pretty good for a hard extra bed such as a minimal mattress spring bad is cooking a mat .. good service wifi speeding there are 4 lifts but why is it really he3 overall good

If you want to visit trans studio from outside Bandung, you can stay here. Room rates are not too expensive. There is no swimming pool, but we are spoiled with breakfast with a lot of menus.

Drop off area are too small, so it took a long time to load & unload the bagage for check in or check out. The parking area in basement is not sufficient enough for all the hotel's guests. Has to park far away at the mall parking area..and it's a long walk to the hotel's lobby.
The service at the restaurant is very poor, especially on high season, as if they don't have enough people and there's always empty buffet for a very long time before they fill it up again.
It's also hard to call operator or reception from the room.. I don't know why...
Very slow service from the house keeping and front desk. it seems that, once again, not prepared for the high season.
The room service staff are providing good service...thank God...
The benefit is that this hotel has a direct access to TSM and Trans hotel.
But no swimming pool, no gym.

A few days ago I stayed at ibis, I was annoyed because it was very difficult to get a room I had to wait for hours. but I like the service when in the restaurant, when I met one of the servants named Intan I told a little about my resentment because I had to wait long to get a room and when the coffee break took place I met again he immediately approached me and offered me a drink he immediately made me coffee I was happy because there I felt appreciated until the dinner took place he continued to serve me well and kindly. Good hotel, very nice service. Just a few steps away to a big entertainment center in Bandung, and also one of the best shopping mall in Bandug.
