Mallorcau holiday was beautiful, except for the hotel. Our room was a better room. Receptionist from Romania was rude and outrageous. We will be back, but definitely book another hotel.

The first days were great. Nice reception. For a small extra upgrade. Food and service at the food really good. After a few days the hotel was fully booked. Now the disadvantages show up. Dining very crowded. You have to wait a long time at the grill / meat grill. This annoys if you want to eat nice. Unfortunately, the management does not really pay attention to the dress code. Beds are reserved in the morning by the pensioners with a towel

Recently renovated, very close to the beach, and in a very quiet area.

Good kitchen, nice staff, rooms clean and conditionally functional. Of course there are guests, the room is too small, there is little "storage space", some feel in the shower watching (has glass walls and if you want, you can look at the sea while showering). Others smell of food in the dining room. But you can not do it all right anyway. For us there was nothing to complain about in December 2015. We like to come back.

Hotel really good staff very friendly we took the suite and this room is perfect !! Our honeymoon is successful! Only drawback. .ce very early if the most beautiful beach of the island are crowded there are many Italian and German restaurants are nice we have 8 days left to go here and there is so much to do !! short I advise you

Good 4 star hotel in a prime location opposite Balneario 10. Breakfast very good. Room rather a bit small. Bed and breakfast costs about 200 .

Very nice adult hotel, rooms clean and tidy, half board had booked, great buffet pool was unfortunately not heated in April, so no swimming possible.

I really liked this hotel. This was the 2nd Iberostar I've ever stayed in, and it solidified my decision to never stay in another brand's all inclusive hotel. The staff was great. The food was good (especially the desserts). The rooftop infinity pool and the main pool were great. The jacuzzis were nice. The activities they had we're good. I loved that it was so close to the beach. It's in a great location overall. You aren't right in the heavy party area of Palma. So you can relax whenever, but you are close enough to it so that if you want to go get wild you can .

That said there are a few nitpicking things I should mention. I wish they had more activities. I loved the water aerobics and the nightly performers. They also had a mid day activity each day. I was just hoping for more. The rooms aren't the largest ever, but are sufficient. Like other hotels I've been at they combine 2 double beds to make a king/queen sized bed. The problem is the beds would easily slide apart of someone was lying in the middle. Other hotels put a connector on the mattresses to stop that from happening.

Another thing to note is it's not technically all inclusive. There is a meal plan you can purchase, which I highly recommend. So you can eat all you can at breakfast, lunch, and dinner (all at scheduled times). You cannot however just walk into the dining hall and eat whenever you feel like. The bar is open almost all day; so you can always get a drink (virgin and alcoholic).

Despite these few minor gripes I would still highly recommend this hotel, ESPECIALLY over others in the area.

Very nice modern hotel with very good food and very large selection. The pool is also very nice. There is also a spa area. Especially is the direct access to the beach Playa de Palma. The rooms are depending on the category very small but nice with a view of the sea or larger with even better views of the sea. Although the hotel is located near the Ballermann it is very quiet and you only hear the sound of the sea. In addition, the staff is very nice and speaks partly German. We spent about two days there because our flight was delayed and the airline took us there. This also allowed us to explore the hotel a bit and are happy that we have seen this time.

The junior suites are gorgeous and the food is good! The location right on the beach is also great.

Stayed here for my vacation and I loved everything. Well located in front of the beach, cool design like an real ocean, big swimming pools outside and on the top(the view is fantastic on top!).
The restaurant is clean and has a variety of foods. All the staffs were so kind and provided the best customer service.
highly recommended!

First time visit there for our wedding anniversary can't fault the hotel can't do enough to help you. Already looking to book for next year can't wait to go back.

One of the most beautiful hotels on the Playa in first beach line. Food excellent.

Nice hotel with Nice staff. The rooms all face the sea and all have balconies. The rooms are a bit small but you can go superior for more space. We tried breakfast and evening buffets and we where not disappointed.

Nice clean hotel. No children aged 18 and over. Quiet pool area, small fitness studio and SPA.

Great views, good food, they have entertainment nightly. The other guests were kind of a drag, it's more for middle age/older people. Had a nice stay, most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

An incredible hotel, that to say of a 5 * of iberostar in first line of beach ..... Simplente spectacular, so much the room that in our case was in a star prestige of the 6th floor with a view to the sea, as the food , which was amazing and super varied, something to which I give a lot of value, and last but not least, the treatment of the staff, which made our stay much more pleasant. To put a but, it would be the animation and nightly shows .... someday it was something loose, but we will certainly repeat.

Very nice establishment, incomparable buffet .... Perfect on "almost" everything. The only downside ... A clientele composed mostly of retirees.

I know it only from the outside, but would love to go there once!

Outstanding hotel, great service, facilities and location. The staff are very friendly and work extreamly hard, it was very nice to see Management at the restuarant every day greeting the clients and working with the rest of the staff to make our holidays that little bit better!

Ich war zum ersten mal in Mallorca.
Das Hotel ist super, es sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Man bekommt nichts von El Arenal mit wenn man im Zimmer ist.

Strand ist in paar schritte erreichbar, Bar im Hotel und auch beim aussen Pool ein Extra Restaurant/Bar mit tollem Personal und super essen.
Bis zum Mega Park (El Arenal) sind es 5-10 Gehminuten. Nach Palma geht in ca alle 15 Minuten ein direkter bus Nr. 25 zu Catedrahle von da aus kann man direkt in die Stadt, Cityseehing ein muss.
Auf dem Sky Pool hat man ein Super ausblick auf das Meer ein Muss!

Ich war schon lange nicht mehr in so einem tollen Hotel.

Es hat keine Kinder, Hotel ist ab 16 Jahren.
