Best supplier for everything around the office in Switzerland!

Even if payment by credit card works, you won't get the goods as promised the next day! And if the card does not work, you will receive an email regarding prepayment. The best thing is that after paying through eBanking there is also an invoice to pay. Goods as such in order, but the handling as such miserable. Picking up yourself works best for this company.

Beware of incorrect information on the site. For a product for which the contents of the packaging were 20 pieces, we only received one piece! Customer service in bad faith, despite having shown them their mistake.

In the end, a solution was found.
However, it wasn't quite that ok for me.
I was left with the cost of a replacement. Too bad. Will not order anything here.
It stays with one star.

Delivery always on time, the only thing that bothers me is that such large companies still support companies like DPD etc., I would prefer if the parcels come by post, because then I know that the supplier and chauffeur will also be paid fairly etc.

Ordered three products (all same model, different colors); first product was delivered within a week, and the other two were not delivered until 5 weeks later. No tracking info is provided, so you have to continuously call the customer service to get tracking info. I was given multiple delivery dates, and still nothing came until weeks later. Customer service was always very polite and helpful however.

The products themselves chipped very easily; one came with some damage on the inside of the glass.

Color and look are appealing - if they last!
