Ordered three products (all same model, different colors); first product was delivered within a week, and the other two were not delivered until 5 weeks later. No tracking info is provided, so you have to continuously call the customer service to get tracking info. I was given multiple delivery dates, and still nothing came until weeks later. Customer service was always very polite and helpful however.

The products themselves chipped very easily; one came with some damage on the inside of the glass.

Color and look are appealing - if they last!
