On the way home from our ski vacation my car start...

On the way home from our ski vacation my car started to spit.
The ad reported that the engine was no longer performing at its full capacity and that we could still drive to the next garage.
As ordered, directly to Auto Marti and this on Friday evening shortly before closing time.
Despite the advanced time, we received a friendly welcome and the car was viewed. Unfortunately, it was no longer possible to continue driving. I was offered a replacement car without any problems and after 4 days (including the weekend) I was able to pick up my car again.
I am very satisfied with the Marti company and can only recommend them. There are certainly cheaper providers but the service justifies the price.

I am very happy with the garage. Very friendly and competent staff. The pre-ordered replacement car was no longer available due to an accident. Nevertheless, we found a good solution and a few days later we were able to test drive the desired model. We look forward to the new BMW and can recommend the garage to others.

My car had to be brought into service because of the oil service and the car battery warning indicator. Everything was done to my satisfaction as usual. But when I got the invoice, I noticed 2 positions. 1 .: Price of the engine oil BMW 5W-30 Twin-Power Turbo LL-04. 29.25 per liter will be charged without VAT. The same product is available on the Internet from 11.-. Where does this big price difference come from? Can you bring the oil yourself next time?
2nd price of the car battery: This is for an original BMW AGM battery 80AH, 423.63 without VAT. The Internet starts from 200.-. It would also be great if the next time they were informed that the battery had to be replaced and how much it cost. As is well known, money does not grow out of the ground.
I already know that everyone wants to earn something. That's how it should be. But from my point of view these are somewhat overpriced prices.

- After recall for the car because of defect repair (free of charge), came after 10 days a bill by post in the amount of 60.- CHF. On the car oil, windscreen cleaning water was filled and the frost protection cooling system made something, to my knowledge! By phone I was allowed to cancel the bill then! (Certainly gives people who paid for just that ... "keep your eyes open")

Outstanding customer service. Although in the end I decided to purchase BMW car from another dealership (due to the availability of particular model on stock), I can highly recommend Auto Marti AG. It was a very pleasant experience, great service and very smooth handling from the staff. I arrived on Friday after work, and within one hour I completed the test drive, all contractual documents were ready and my questions were addressed. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional sales consultant. Thank you for this experience.

Since my BMW is 29 years old, the working hours for the repair manual search should be exchanged for me. At least the customer advisor tried to tell me this in the conversation. After I said, "This is a BMW and even if it's an old BMW, repair manuals are his business." Then I was given a price that was acceptable.
The mechanic, on the other hand, was very competent and gave me help for any problems with the convertible top. Top!!

Extremely arrogant! I know from a friend of Galenica (pharmaceutical companies) that he had the same experience as me. Galenica has decided to leave the garage Bmw Marti. The Marti Felix did not want to lose this customer and promised them an extra 5% more discount, everything NOTHING more brought.
(You just talk to business people and colleagues.) Technically they may be good, but that alone does not count.

Repair VDD on my BMW 335xi from April.
Although I bought the car from Marti and did all the service regularly, the VDD unfortunately struck a "leak". A short inspection at BMW-Marti AG confirmed my suspicions.
A repair appointment was found quickly and easily.
In addition, I read the vehicle MFK rdy. make and also clean inside and outside.
I was offered a replacement vehicle. But since I am not constantly dependent on a car, this was not a problem for me for the 2 days without it.
I was able to pick up the car as promised. Cleaning was OK, not perfect but OK.
As far as I can see, the work was carried out well.
I found 2 points less good. In addition to the VDD, the oil filter also leaked ... (seal) (although the car was only serviced by BMW-Marti). I think I expected some goodwill there,
and an aluminum rim has a little more scratch, which is not tragic, but a bit annoying.
Otherwise I can only speak positively about BMW-Marti, the staff are friendly and helpful. The agreed invoice amount was adhered to. Thank you very much.

New showroom is very nice. Staff not very helpful or friendly. Not eager to help diagnose a problem on my car. No English support at reception or the service personal and they just keep on speaking dialect after I asked for high German.
