Iannella and Mummolo Review

I was just approved for Social Security Disability with the help and guidance from the very knowledge attorneys and their staff at Iannello & Mummolo.

After trying to gain approval on my own for a few years, fruitlessly, the Social Security website directed me to the law firm. The process was easy, and the professionalism, respect, diligence, kindness and loveliness by everyone I interacted with remains priceless to me. I highly recommend them.

While I'm thankful that they won my disability case, I feel that they dropped the ball multiple times, which prolonged the decision by over a year. A paralegal filed the first time, without any data, and listed my disability as hypertension and high cholesterol. of course, I was denied, despite the fact that I had recent surgery, was using a walker, and had cervical myelopathy !The only info provided to SS was my high BP and cholesterol. Nothing about my REAL disability!! I was told how important it was to communicate, yet, every time I sent information, I had a new paralegal who didn't know anything about my case, and didn't receive the information I sent.! I went through at least 4 paralegals before I actually had one that I felt might represent me. At that point, I was at the judge/trial phase. I had NO confidence that they had all my medical records. Turns out, the same records I had when I was denied the first time, were the same records that made the judge rule me disabled. That was 1 1/2 years after the initial filing. Be your own advocate, is all I can say about this firm. They may be better than nothing, but not by a lot.

Pushed my Disability Claim thru on the first attempt after being advised by others that I was not eligible. Handed all paperwork and claim forms for me after a phone interview. The wait time was due to Social Security which seemed long but actually was very timely. Good communication. Highly Reccomend them.

Do NOT hire this firm. They will attach themselves to your case, and do nothing to resolve it. When you get tired of waiting for them and hire a new attorney who wins your case. They show up with a fee petition asking to be paid for all the phone calls you make to them asking if they are working on your case. STAY AWAY find you someone much more credible.

I won my case. But they didnt tell me they weren't going to argue for ongoing. I got partially favorable without agreeing too such. When Judge said it appeared I was better my lawyer just nodded his head. He didnt fight my case at all. I probably could have gotten the same results on my own without paying them hundreds possibly thousands of dollars. While I was waiting for hearing they were nearly impossible to get in touch with. Same with after my hearing. No voicemails exist to leave a message either and receptionist is very rude.

They did an awesome job! So kind, patient and understanding. They helped me every step of the way and couldnt have done it without them. I would reccomend them to anyone!!

They were very helpful in starting and finishing my case. They made sure I got all the required paperwork filed and were in touch periodically throughout the case. They even handled my appeal when I was denied. It is a long process and doesn't happen overnight but it was nice having someone on my side. Because of their help I won my case.

The office kept in constant contact, followed up regularly and provided much needed a truthful insight to the details of my specific case. Even though I thought for sure I would not win ( who beets uncle sam?) the diligence from Iannella and Mummolo and from the attorney assigned my case proved the opposite. I was able to win and come out with a nice bit of cash. Highly recommended.

Post poor law firm, they dont stand up for you and fight for your rights and best interests, I lost three years waiting time in money, and was awarded only 1600, a month, I like to see lannella live on that. There insensitive to thoughts that have been working people all there lives, and didn't stop working, just because there where lazy,but unexpectedly got health issues, this is a poor and greedy law firm that dosen't fight for you as a client.

Only problem I had was lack of client attorney contact.

The team at Iannella and Mummolo was very professional, detail oriented, and remained on top of my case until the very end. And yes, we won!

I live in Florida, their Law from is in Boston and I never had to leave my house, not even for Court. Highly recommend this Frim. They got my SSI and my late wife SS and I never left home. Thanks so much.
