Stay away they haunted me for a week when I wasn't interested in there firm there paralegal swore at my wife, the receptionist was rude and when the Partner or "boss" got on the line he defended his employees actions. There are great law firms out there. Stay away from these rude clowns

I got seriously hurt in an accident nearly two years ago caused by the railing on a building s porch collapsing, resulting in me falling two stories to the ground. I fractured my vertebrae in three places as well as my ribs, was an inpatient at Beth Israel for around a week, and had multiple surgeries. I was in extreme pain and lost a lot of time and money because I couldn t work. As such, I looked for a good personal injury lawyer and settled on Iannella & Mummolo.

Chris, my lawyer, was awesome. He kept me constantly appraised as to all aspects of the case. Any time I called he got back to me immediately. He explained every step of the process to make my feel comfortable. My mom and I were even invited to and went to Chris house to discuss settlement negotiations. He was with me every step of the way, and, ultimately, my case settled for a very large sum of money.

If you re hurt in an accident, I couldn t possibly suggest a more knowledgeable and attentive lawyer/firm than Iannella & Mummolo. They were not only an absolute pleasure to work with, but ensured that I received the compensation I deserved for all that I had endured.

They should not even get one star! The most unprofessional, rude and classless company I have ever encountered in my life!! Spoke to 3 different individuals to include a "supervisor". There is no form of respect to customers or business associates! The way they handle business relations is beyond horrible! The bad reputation they have created for themselves will be their own destruction of their own company. Do not do business with these people!!! They have no integrity or ethics whatsoever!!! Horrible people, horrible company!!!

They helped me with my disability case. Very thankful. The attorney I had was a very busy man with not the best personality, but like i said, he did help win my case for me.

I won my case with this firm after about 3 years, to be honest I dont think the firm helped at all .. my lawyer who personally represented me was good the 2 times I saw him which where in front of the judge. My biggest complaint is the firm reps themselves and the paralegals everytime I called to get an update maybe every month I had a NEW paralegal which was extremely frustrating. I was never updated NEVER not once in 3 years did I receive a call to just be updated on what was going on. I just wish I was kept in the loop more. Everytime I was asked by family hows my case going or what's happening I had no answer because I legit knew nothing. All in all, my lawyer himself was great at what he did. The firm itself was terrible.

I was just very pleased with the amount of customer service given to me by Mike. He was very attentive to my needs was able to answer all my questions. I called up and questioned anything else that I received from SSI he returned my calls pretty darn quick. They gave me information I needed to get through it all with a positive outcome. Thank you again for the outcome.

Although the process seemed entirely too long. I would have appreciated being more informed at times. Aside from that they got the job done and I was approved. All the employees that took part in my case were polite and respectful. Without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone who is filing a disability claim. Thank you for your service.

They got me approved. They about their business. I recommend them to everyone interested.

The law office did a good job of getting my SSD approved. Although the time limits were stretched way beyond what I was told in the beginning. The communication did not exist. When I tried to reach the office with a question, I usually had to leave a voicemail in which only twice out of at least 20 calls I had a return call. They do not communicate well at all.

My case took a long time. I had many paralegals and they all did an amazing job keeping me updated and answering my questions. After my hearing and getting a favorable decision is when I have an issue and is why they didnt get 5 stars. I didnt recieve my money for a few months and when I called to speak to your office I was informed that my attorney had been paid months ago and I should call social security. I took me jumping through hoops to get my 1st check and your office didnt help me. It seemed as though as soon as you got paid was the end of helping in finishing out my case, and that was disapointing.

Had a very pleasant experience with this law office! Everyone I worked with was very nice and informative. Ben did a great job with my case and would definitely recommend using them if you're looking for a good law office!

So far , excellent, I called for a case of negligence, which resulted in a slip and fall. They met with me 2 days later. I have been contacted by the office 2x and the ball is rolling. I have faith and hoping to settle within a year.

They are great I lost all three, I had to go before the judge and won my case.

I would definitely recommend your law office and would use them again ( if I had to) they kept me informed pretty regularly on my SSDI claim,and took less then a year,way less to win my case! I am forever grateful!

If I could give this firm a negative 5 rating I would. However, I was awarded my claim.

Initially we would get calls from the firm (in the very beginning only)but then no status updates. Always out of the office. No return calls. Rude customer service from lady that answered the phones each time we called. The leg work was done by me, the disabled individual so what was the firm being paid for again? Would not recommend this firm at all. I guess it's Covid's fault huh?!

Received my disability claim in less than 2 years, about 18 months. They kept me informed when they got info from various doctors, social security office in Connecticut. Quite an ordeal for others I knew that went through it but these guys got it done sooner than other people I d talked to when they did a claim. To be honest I wasn t happy at all , I ve haven t spoken to anyone from the attorneys office but twice in the very beginning of filing my initial claim , and then to file a reconsideration , I spoke personally to the social security administration , about medical archives they needed , doctors appointment etc . The attorney weren t even aware I needed to have bladder surgery this past November , I can t believe they would take any monies from my case since it was such a small amount I would never recommend them to anyone if I had it my way I would have fought them for the measles 1500 they received after over a year of fighting for disibility for myself , they were only a name on my case as far as I m concerned

The 1st attorney I was assigned did very little to help me - I lost. The 2nd was very diligent and I won my appeal. It was a LONG, difficult 5 years but, in the end, I prevailed

DON T USE THIS FIRM! This firm by far provided me with the worst representation ever. For five years I had been fighting for my disability. After three years, I was finally granted a hearing before a Judge which ended in a denial of benefits for myself and my children. Innella had, advised me to start a whole new claim, much to my dismay and after pleading with my attorney to appeal the Judge s decision, I was told we NEVER appeal a Judge s decision only later to find out by my new attorney that you ALWAYS appeal a Judge s denial. I was NEVER able to get a hold of my attorney, ever again? When I called, I was informed that a new attorney was appointed to my case and, I could NEVER reach him either. I had to reach out to paralegals who were constantly changing, and leaving the firm. And, who knew nothing of the status of my claim. To make a looooong story short, I obtained new counsel who, in less than a year, helped get my claim approved simply by obtaining ALL of my records/reports. And, NOTHING changed with respect to my health! Innella NEVER had my file up to date, I had no idea who was handling my file, at any given time. LASTLY, after sending notice of new counsel multiple times to Innella, they continued to, on a rare occasion, reach out to me to talk to me regarding my claim (including on the day of my last hearing wherein I was approved for my disability claim), in order to update their files. I am an intelligent person who worked for most of my life, and I NEVER witnessed a complete lack of effort on behalf of their client . Please, again, I urge you to reconsider using this firm for your own sake and obtain an attorney or a firm who will work diligently on your behalf as this firm has bordered on nothing short of malpractice!

This couldn t have gone any worse this group was completely incompetent it took weeks and months for them to answer emails and phone calls completely unprofessional they put me through seven different paralegals never explain the case to me by far the worst thing I ve ever gone through I can t say enough about how poor this law agency is

If we could give a negative rating we would. One star is too generous.This firm is awful and incompetent. No communication, we had to call them to tell them what was going on with my wife's case. Been over a year and case was denied. We we're told they were filing an appeal, then nothing happened. We contacted them again a few days before the appeal deadline and was informed they were withdrawing from the case.

Worst experience ever. Would highly recommend finding other representation.

I used The Law Offices of Iannella and Mummolo to file my SS Disability case. They were very efficient and fast in filing all of the paperwork and obtaining all records needed to file my case.

You could say that I pretty much won my own case but paid this agency for it. I did most of the footwork myself because they didn't follow up on a lot of things. So I was contacting my doctor's, Social Security etc. I def will never use them again. It's hard enough going through chemo and radiation let alone having to do other stuff on top of it. If I could get reimbursement from them, believe me I would try.

HORRIBLE experience! Was denied disability because this office did not send all the documents necessary, and when I brought this to their attention I was treated extremely disrespectful!! I have asked for an Attorney to call me and I am discarded like trash! Oh and none of my phone calls are ever returned and when I call I get a new person each time!!! Ridiculous treatment to say the least. They do not even deserve a one star in my opinion.

I was denied 3 times my disability then The Law Offices Of Iannella and Mummolo fought on my behalf. We went before The Judge and I was granted my Disability with back pay. I'm Forever Grateful.

Hired them after losing my hearing for social security. Only had them for less then a month. They didn t have to do anything. Then I decided to use Bill L. Had already refiled myself. Got a call from I&M saying it didn t matter that I didn t want to use them,they were going to get paid anyway. And sure enough when Bill L. Won my case they charged me 1800 for doing absolutely nothing.

A large part of the results from my car accident were brought on by stress and nervousness from the traumatic brain injury. This tends to bring on seizures, excruciating headaches, inability to focus and many other cognitive deficits. My attorney made sure that I was able to stay calm, comfortable and safe to make sure none of this happened. If I remember correctly he reexplained, just in case the judge didn't know, these things.

Worst Legal Representation in all my years seeking Legal advice. BEWARE

Just got off the phone with a representative that answered the phone. He was helpful to begin then upon me sharing information while also trying to ask questions he immediately shut me down and told me to call the numbers he had given me. This was my first time ever applying for SSI and had no clue what I was doing. I understand he couldn't help but at least listen to my concerns and then direct me I the route I need to go! Very rude and will never hire them. Don't waste your time! Wish I had the guys name. Poor customer service. Just spoke with him less than five minutes ago. This was concerning my son DaShaun Davis!

Very disappointed, when I spoke with the representative I specifically asked about the fee if there wasn't backpay. Was told none that it balances out with those that do. Sorry I didn't understand or was not clear in the book of paperwork sent that it was a lie. Anyway was approved from my own filings before they could even do anything. Just received my bill for 937.50. I was blindsided of course they said that they won't go after my estate for any unpaid amount. Don't know if that is true or not. Just stay away from them is my advice there are better more honest options out there.

One of the best decisions I have ever made was leaving my former lawyer and go with Iannella & Mummolo. I was involved in a car crash when some woman t-boned me while running a red light in Melrose. I ended up with rods and screws in my left leg and was out of work for months. My original lawyer was trying to settle the case really quickly and for not a lot of money, so I did a little research and called Iannella & Mummolo. It took a bit longer but they hounded the insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way -- it was well worth it in the end. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I filed for social security disability in September of 2015. Got denied in December of 15. I talked to iannella and mummolo, the promised a settlement within one year. I'm still waiting, all they have done for me so far is shuffle paperwork, if they couldn't get the settlement within the time they said they shouldn't have promised it. If there is any changes in my case it's me calling them for the information. I've known three people who got their disability within six months.....I havnt been so lucky. I've become homeless since.

We went with them after an accident that left my husband with severe injuries to his back after a year of me doing all thier foot work they told us we got a top dollar settlement of a whooping 3000.00. The medical bills alone we paid out of our own pockets exceeded 20000.00 my husband couldnt even hold his son the first month of his life and this attorney thinks top dollar is over 15000.00 less than what we had to pay for medical bills alone ... Also never even got to speak to the actual attorney until they told us about the joke of thier top dollar amount ...a year of hell in our lives. ..job loss, relocation ,medical visit 4 times a week. all for a settlement less then what we were offered by insurance without a lawyer i will not retract my bad review until this law office gets thier stuff together and gets us what is rightfully ours ... Oh and the attorneys portion of the top dollar settlement exceeded ours by 2000.00 and I did all thier foot work ie phone, calls ,emails ,doctors offices appointments ... Save yourselves a year of hell and go with a different firm I know I would have if I knew then what I know now about this law office they do not care one bit about the lives of people they represent ... If they did they wouldnt think a year of our lives ruined plus many more to come was only worth 3000.00

Well, my disability case was lost. I was notified by SS office of my unfavorable denial on 12/18/18. It's January 19th and still not one phone call from them yet telling me anything. Not very professional at all and I will be looking for another RESPECTABLE office! Thanks!

I did win a closed disability. Thank you! I did feel that a better bedside communication would help. I only spoke to someone if I called with more information, up until a couple days before the hearing. Then it was right as we were waiting on the day of the hearing.
