Tried forcing me to accept a ridiculously low ball offer for damages to my vehicle, an independent company who will give 30% of actual cost to fill their own pockets instead of being fair. Hire an attorney if you hear they are the appraisal company as they will tell you, "the offer is the final offer and the only way we give additional funds for repairs is if and when a body shop says there is damages that can not be seen while looking at it", but remember they tell the body shop what THEY are willing to pay and 99% of body shops won't work for that little. My estimate was so low that the body shop could not even buy the necessary items with the amount they gave me. Terrible terrible company with no customer service skills! Lastly, when a bumper is gouged and broken it's not repairable it MUST be replaced so the offer to repair would be an insult to any body shops intelligence as it would be a safety hazard to even attempt to repair it.
THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. they mistreat their employees. it is seriously heart breaking to hear so many horror stories from such an awful company. the leadership does not know how to lead. DO NOT TRUST A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.
Absolutely dreadful. Delayed an 11 day process into about a month-long, convoluted process. The only kind and professional person I dealt with in this company was a Ms. Skyla, who helped me swiftly via their text chat application.
The other company members need to re-evaluate their working strategies. The repair shop we were working with also reported dishonesty from some company reps, so that's something to note as well.
I really do hope USAA stops working with this company, or that this company cleans up their act and starts doing better. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this was just a nightmare to deal with.
If I was able to give a zero star rating, I would! Horrible customer service!! I would recommend that the owner be selective who they place in customer service when dealing with customers. Future clients/ insurance companies may want to think twice before using this company, because it's a reflection on their company as well.
The claim handler Shanna Keys is amazing however the adjusters and field appraisers are the absolute worst ever. This company needs to shut down asap. Worst company in the world
The absolute worst claim experience I've ever had. I had a very simple claim where the repairs were done in about 4 hours. But because of Richard Murphy, my appraiser at Ianet,, it has now been 3 weeks and I still don't have my car. My insurance is through USAA and they are really making USAA look bad due do to their negligence. Richard does not return calls and he does an absolute terrible job at making them. I even put in a complaint and requested a new appraiser but I was reassigned Richard again!! I wouldn't recommend using this company ever. Also, if you are thinking about using USAA for your insurance, I would stay away from them as well until they decide to contract with another company. It's unfortunate that I have to get at least 1 star.
Their field estimator wrote a repair estimate based on the amount needed to repair my vehicle. The amount was approximately 2000 dollars. They reviewed it and told the estimator it was too high and go back to do it again using another company for a parts supplier. He did as told this tine the estimate was about 1000 dollars. They scooped that up reported it as truth data and submitted to my insurance company USAA. USAA paid out 1000 dollars. As a result of this company's action I cant get my car fixed until I find a way to have a supplement built. Now I am having to go through the process of their appraiser writing another estimate and await further adjudication. I tried to speak with this company about their processes and their representative basically told me tough luck and that I need to hope for an issurance supplement. This would be be easier if the supplement didnt require a 150% cost increase because their estimate was poorly done in the first place.
I want to know that is this company actually registered? Is this company being managed by anyone? Is this company owned by anyone? I want to know who allowed Mr.Gavin to play with my time and my work for months? Who allowed him to not answer my phone calls nor my emails? And you know whats funny? When he finally answers my emails after weeks, his answers have nothing to do with my question. Now I want to know is there anyone who can help me? Or should I call the Police?
I had two estimates done. This company left off half of my car during their estimate and I do NOT have the time to fight this. I have a father on his death bed, ussa up my rear about getting the repair done and now, I have to fight to get an appraisal done right. This is ridiculous, time consuming and these people did more damage to my car, scratching my paint. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!
Edit: my body shop went to bat for me on this, thankfully!!! (Shout out to Nob Hill in Colorado Springs). Sadly, my Dad passed away weeks after this review. These guys made my life much more difficult during hard times. I fired USAA after this, I will never use them again.
