I recently purchased a product from I Am Sound and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The quality of the product is top-notch and the customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend I Am Sound to anyone in need of high-quality audio equipment.

I have the Troubador headphones and one ear cushio...

I have the Troubador headphones and one ear cushion tore off the headphones (this has happened before, so there is some weakness on the part of the cushion). I am well outside of the one year warranty period. When I tried to buy a replacement cushion, I was told they don t sell them, nor will they comp one. That my only option is to buy new headphones! So I have to throw away $200 headphones because a $1 ear cushion is unusable? Beyond my own frustration with having to toss relatively expensive headphones, it just feels so wasteful. Some tree gave its life. I m so bummed and so burned on this company. The cherry on top of the waste sundae was how little the rep cared/tried to help. Sorry you feel this way but... This company pretends to care but they don t.

I've been thrilled with this place since they came on the scene. The products are beautiful and sound amazing. Also my first stop when I need the right gift for someone. Total bonus that they're doing something good for the world.

I ordered a pair of Beacon 2.0 Ear Buds, which have been a complete NIGHTMARE!!!! They consistently do not work, and I have restored to factory settings several times. I have since contacted LSTN twice via email and once via IG, with NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Apparently, this brand does not LSTN to its customers. Don't waste your money. Go with Apple.
