ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! No situational awareness by the lazy woman behind the desk in the street level lobby. On nights there are events at the Paramount theater, the doors to the stairs should be opened to allow people to get to their cars. People were forced to stand outside in the cold waiting in a long line for the TWO SMALL elevators. This is unsatisfactory when there are 100+ people needing to get to their cars. I will NEVER use this garage again. Shame on ALL of you!

The garage is fine but you may need to drive around the block in Seattle traffic several times to find the entrance.

Good space. Loved the cards that were made available to help you locate your car again! Wish there was more than one entrance though. The line for the elevator after our show was a block long.

Nice clean parking garage. Convenient location. Easy street access. Tight spaces.

Worst garage ever. This garage sells parking for events partnering with ticketmaster for venues like the Paramount. You'd think they would be prepared for the amount of people parking there on an event night. Nah takes about 2 hours to get out with 3 people working, one lane open. The re-entry through the lobby isn't even open to get back. You have to sneak through the exit and try not to get hit. AVOID and just get a rideshare.

Parking garage closes at 11 pm, they have no elevator within and the stair case is very disorienting to descend, prices were ok but the place looks very sketchy inside.

They have only one business to deceive and steal money

If you have a Ticketmaster parking pass...the pass number does not matter for the floor to park on. Just park anywhere.
