Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama Review

On June 14th, 2018 around 8:55am Pacific time I called this plant to assist me on determine what type of interior bulb my Hyundai takes.

I first talked to the operator who was very rude and kept repeating I need a name. I told her just to transfer me to a department. I then demanded to speak to her superior . A very rude black female by the name of Cassandra took my call. This woman was of no help. She even tried to talk to me as if I am a child. She then demanded my name to which I gave her since I have nothing to hide. These stupid women believed perhaps I was some type of FBI undercover or something.

I later find a way to bypass the stupid ditz of a operator and her supposed superior named Cassandra. I get of hold of a guy named Venny whom sounded like a 60's hippie. No big deal but he claimed he can figure it out once he talks to the Hyundai Engineer. I then get a text message like in 5 minutes or less from Venny saying "I know this doesn't help but the engineer told me to tell you go back to Autozone and ask them again, good luck".

I am like are you freaking serious?!!

So to be clear there is a angry stupid black woman named Cassandra who refused and couldn't do her job if she tried, a incompetent phone operator and some employee of Hyundai close to engineering department who couldn't get any info out of the engineer!!!

I do appreciate Hyundai products but not the incompetent and lazy idiots who make up the workforce of Hyundai.

Great place, got to see how the cars were made and the tour was the best

The tour is awesome! Watching a car go from a roll of steel sheet metal, to a running driving machine is absolutely phenomenal to experience! People are super friendly and the tour guide, Alan, really knows the place. I highly recommend this!

It's a great job on the line, but I couldn't handle it. When I was younger this would've been a great job for me.

Hyundai is very deceptive and this factory is a breeding ground for future recalls defects and failures that hyundai will not cover under their falsely claimed warranty advertising

Great tours, friendly people, only problem: the headset volume wasn't able to be turned down for sensitive hearing. Other than that, it was great

I give it 5 stars because security is very tight but very helpfulSecurity will take you directly where you need to go if you not a regular and they will be ready to unload you immediately

I wouldn't buy a car they build because the workers there are children

Security is kind of an inconvenience, but the employee's were all nice and helpful to me.

Excellent new Cafeteria staff,.friendly admin front staff!

Pretty straight forward,go in gate #3,check in and they tell you where to be.just remember to keep trailer doors shut at all times even on way out,if you get caught 3 times you will be banned from property.speed is 15 mph through out facility.

Cars are Great, but to work there means you will never have an honest relationship married or other wise. Because everyone sleeps with everyone working there. Too much Drama

Fast unloading, after security shack just stop next to your dock and go inside to find somebody, they will help you to get shipping office.
Guard wanted to keep my signed bill of lading. But gave it back to me when I said I must keep this paperwork because this is my money!
Check this - they always try to keep your paperwork when you are coming out.

Just bought a car that was manufactured here. Great job folks!

Have to pre-book, but it's free. A lot of fun to see this first hand. The kids loved it, too. Very well done.

Take the tour! Very interesting to watch what starts out as rolls of steel; step by step turn into functional cars driving out the back door.

I m very disappointed from this plant. Very careless people. I had to deliver parts, the guard didn t know where to send me. He gave me some phone number to call someone, and after 3 transfers got right person...They unloading me near 3 hours and during that, some workers all time were sitting in lunch room and watching their phones. They were dressed with uniform with Hyundai logo! So Hyundai pay them to watch their phones!!! What waste of money! After they unloaded me, they didn t give bol! I have to go, look around, ask...terrible! Go buy Hyundai! Ya right!

Great tour, friendly people. Headset volume can be adjusted for different settings that are within the whole tour. Interesting place.

Open 24 hours, get the dock , back up , unload and left , super fast. Good place.
