Make an appointment way ahead of time for the tour. Very cool and informative. You get to see quite a bit more on this tour than a typical auto plant tour. We had a great tour guide that answered all questions and made the tour really fun. I definitely recommend for anyone interested in how cars are assembled. No photos allowed on the tour.
Got a tour here today at the HMMA plant where they build the Sonata and Elantra (soon the Santa Fe sport) and it was a really cool tour. Great if you have young children, they especially, seemed really fascinated about how the cars came together. I didn't really realize they manufacture 1550 cars a day and have now hit over 3 million cars. Our tour guide Alan was really good, had lots of facts and funny, which is key. The tour takes you around the entire plant on a golf cart trolly system so you got to see every part of the build. No pics allowed on the tour though, sorry.

My group that we go with every year had the best time today! Jonathon was our Tour guide and boy was he fun! We have never had so much fun on a tour! He was very informative and involved with his tourist! Would definitely recommend people to tour the facility!

As a driver I appreciate how fast they get you in and out. Security procedures change depending on who is in the security gate. Warning if the dock only gave you one BOL hide it and dont show the security gate because they try to keep it and wont give it back! Security and main operations need to communicate more efficiently.

Drove 2 hours for a tour with my 8 yr old. Arrived at the gate and was told we needed to go get breakfast or something and come back at 9am. The current time was 8:53am. I guess we will drive around for 7 more mins.

My dad Santino worked here... when he passed away (2018)... we came here from Michigan to talk to someone about his personal info... we didnt have an appointment but they still let us come in.. and they handed me a memorial box.. it was so amazing that they did that.. my dad was always a hard worker.. and I truly thank his job for being so amazing to us...
