Slightly biased I write this review, but the fact that a new occupant (fast, active, on the best terms) has been found for my house is clear. For me the choice for Hypodomus was quickly made. I am very satisfied afterwards!

Based on the many good reviews this broker selected, we are, however, very disappointed in communication, results and initiative-free attitude. Apparently we were the exception. House was ultimately sold for almost 10% less than the lowest selling price.

Working with the team of Hypodomus in Eindhoven exceeded any of my expectations. As a none resident homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away the team of Hypodomus was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with me and I to determine what would be a good fit for us.

They even recommended their lending agent, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. They were willing to meet us late in the evening to view the house and put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. Pascal was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though we were on a very tight timeframe.

Excellent real estate agent, you will be able to answer your questions by telephone. Homes are quickly sold by the current housing market, this makes seeing a little difficult sometimes. But that does not detract from the service.
