It's okay in terms of ambience but there is a nerd for better management, the lights and water kept going off and on repeatedly for the 2 days I was there.

Hotel located in a estate, secured and quiet.
They have a good and friendly customer relations. It is a decent place to Lodge, although I have seen better for similar room price

First class bar stocked with exotic blends of whiskey, brandy and wines.
Easy to locate in the very heart of surulere with good roads.
This is a great place to be. I'm happy to be here and shall come back soon with friends to chill out.

A comfortable accommodate right inside the town. It gives you the reach when you are very busy, almost the common needs can be obtained with little effort.
Good environment also. Benestar suite provide functional wifi.

BeneStar Suites is my hotel anytime I'm in Nigeria. I feel secured and it's a good place.

Its a nice hotel. Little parking space. And their bathroom isnt that nice, no hot water, buh the air conditioning is perfect. Haven said all, it's a nice place to visit.

Bad shower.

The intercom at the reception is hardly picked.

Pray not to have an emergency here, no one will attend to you in the middle of the night.

Benestar suites is an excellent hotel , location is very good, hotel is clean, staff are helpful and very cordial..great food and delicious complimentary breakfast, rooms are very comfortable, friendly and attentive service. It's a very classy hotel uninterrupted power supply . It's truly a home.

It's actually pretty nice. A standard room was 10k on hotels.ng and I was booked into a Kwame Nkrumah room; I guess their rooms are named after some personalities. The room had a TV, a cupboard, a chair and table and a fridge. Adjoining bath stall with a door and a toilet opposite it and a washbowl in the middle. There was access to hot water though the channels on the TV were limited though the water itself wasn't constant, goodness knows why. The WiFi also kept tripping and that was annoying. But all in all, pretty nice.

Your have a wonderful bar, nice meal especially your jellof rice and goat meat really nice! But I think you should also make provision for a sit out outside and also a restroom in the bar so customers does not have to go all the way to the reception to use the convince.

My experience here is very classic and I see this place for executives.

Nice Staff and Place. Room's quite Portable...The only challenge is the bathing area, quite small. Amazing Food Variety also.

Every Guest here feels happy and comfortable. The environment is good and the services is indeed of a class. I recommend Benestar Suites to everybody that is looking for a good hotel in Lagos.

Thou moderately high in price, I am quite impressed with the customer relation, always ready to give you the comfort you need.

If there was a way to indicate negative stars... Like -1star.. I'd have given them.. They really need training...
