Hyatt Regency Lexington Reviews

Thanksgiving meal was excellent. This was about the 6th Thanksgiving we've eaten the buffet.

Great location central to all the city has to offer. Too notch amenities and clean, beautiful lodging.

Here for Lexington Toy & Comic Con fir my 5th year and am always satisfied with the quality of the rooms and the friendly and helpful staff. They try and make sure I have anything I'd ever need.

Great Hotel with a nice restaurant in the lobby. Friendly staff. Peaceful.

Prices Higher because its connect to Rupp but hilton is nicer

Their coffee was too strong. Their water for tea had not only an odor to it but also black stuff in it. When asked to change it, they took forever to change it.

I was here for the Lexington Comic con. Although the convention itself was organized poorly, the facility itself was great.

Beautiful hotel adjacent to Rupp Arena which makes it the best hotel to stay at for events. Great service, good people. You will enjoy the atmosphere...

Very polite staff. Stayed on a Sunday so rates were very reasonable. Rooms were amazing. Looks to have 40" plus flat samsung tv. Grade A furnishing with very comfortable bed. Military discount

Love the free shuttle service to the airport, free computer use and being connected to the convention was amazing.

Stopped by here after the ballgame. Crowed because if all the people leaving th he game

As a travel industry professional I've come to know quite a few hotels in my day. That being said I sincerely enjoy my time at the Hyatt whenever I'm there! The rooms are super comfortable and the staff is always friendly. You really can't beat the location because it's walking distance to anything you would ever want downtown. I've stayed there often enough to know it's not just luck and that this is a truly legitimate operation in comparison to many of the others I've been to. I look forward to the next time I'm there!

Lovely room, great ballrooms, better than average catered food.

The hotel was organized and really helpful during the convention. But make sure you have a room key to use the elevators

If you tell someone that you will honor a certain group rate but then change that decision without notice, you will definitely lose my business every time. F-

Parking was easy Staff very attentive and professional Food was very tasty Decorating little dated But clean

Do not use their valet!!! They did not lock my Range Rover and things were stolen from my car. Their policy states that they are not liable for anything. If you do use their valet make sure you leave nothing in your car!!

Someone left all the alarms in this area for 6 am, and someone from the front desk had to turn them all off, so we'd like it if the cleaning staff turned off the alarms as part of their duties.

Met family visiting from out of town. The rooms are clean and nice, the indoor pool was great.

Great location within walking distance of many great places to eat. Very comfortable beds and a really nice shower. Attached to Rupp Arena.

Had a lunch meeting at the Blue Fire Grill. Extremely attentive waiter without being bothersome, delicious burger (Hot Blue Burger) and great atmosphere!

Very nice! Friendly staff. Pool is great. Beautiful area to walk and explore.

You'd think for almost 200 per night it'd be alot nicer and cleaner, well it wasnt, toilet was stained/dirty, vent in bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a very long time, the coffee maker was nasty, (glad I dont drink coffee).
All said I'm very disappointed, you need to step up, convenience of your location is the only good thing about this place.

The Hyatt has hosted the Christmas party for my employer the last 3 years. They do a fantastic job. The food is excellent, the service is good and the bar tenders aren't shy with the good stuff. I haven't stayed overnight so I can't comment on that, but if you're looking for a place to host a party you can't go wrong at the Hyatt.

Not very pleased. No free coffee in lobby and no free breakfast. The $15 dollar breakfast was not any better than Hampton Inn free breakfast we have had. Room air conditioning didn't work that well and the hot water was almost cold. I was surprised they didn't charge for the toilet paper. Plus bathroom in lobby men and women were out of order. The shining stars we're their valet parking guys who we used our entire stay since the parking lot is not convenient. They were professional and courtious.

I picked up a customer for an Uber trip. The door person was very helpful and courteous.

Mary De Leon Garcia I spent the afternoon nov 7th 2017 here dinner was great even used the pool. Bit about 1am I got up to use restroom I turned light on and there was 2 big cockroaches crawling across the counter I killed one the other got away. I called down stairs they came up collected the dead cockroach. Slopes me a 2 free breakfast coupons under door but that didn't make up the problem. We freaked out and began searching bed for bed bugs also. Tho we found none after 3am we decided to go to bed tho having to leave the lights on so hopefully no more cockroaches came back out to join us in the bed. Problem was we couldnt sleep with lights on and both my husband and i kept waking up dreaming of bugs so granted we didnt sleep and he,had to go to work sleepy
Sad i had to check out early cause i couldnt wait to get to my bug free home just to go to sleep cause im so sleepy. This place makes too much $$ to have bugs. They should spend some on bug extermination. My husband doesn't like staying at motel cause of this reason but I told him this is a really great nice clean place they won't have bugs. Was I wrong and mad cause I made him go for a good time for us cause we needed it. Now he's mad at me and now I gotta clean my clothes and suit case outside my home to make sure I didn't bring any bugs home. For the $$ price and the lovely place it sure wasn't worth it for bugs.

Wonderful place to stay... Right next to Lexington Convention Center. Easy parking as just minutes away from great places to eat..

Hotel rooms were great. Very easy access to Rupp Arena. Blue Flame restaurant had great food. A bit pricey perhaps. Ate a snack after the game and breakfast buffet. Buffet had great selection. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and location! Clean rooms and a comfortable bed!
