Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort Review

Perfect vacation .. Gud for honeymoon and family vvacation.

Really lovely hotel at a very prime location of Kuantan. Staff is friendly and respectful and very eager to help. I'm taking one star away because the walls in the hotel room are so thin you could here all the screaming noises from children in the next room

Nice location with adjacent available stalls and restaurants. Beach is in great condition. Only parking is limited for guests.

Room is awesomely amazing. Love the interior design. All staffs very friendly and nice. Foods because im having breakfast package, so far I think is okay, have variety of delicacies & desserts. Definitely gonna suggest to others and come back!

Very nice 5 star hotel. Plenty of rooms with swimming pools in each block. Location just beside Telok Chempedak beach. Nice setup with a lot of green. Breakfast also good with delicious menu. Should try Nasi Goreng with satay...simply marvelous. Easy access to the beach which stretch to TC public beach..just few minutes beach walk. Would love to visit again with family if can get affordable price. Will cherish the time i spent here as this is my first time stay at Hyatt Regency Kuantan. The views are just marvelous and beautiful. Time well spent...

Stayed in a top floor seaview and the experience is great. The seaview is unblocked and the moon/sun is in direct view

The Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort is crowded with local residents on weekends, but on weekdays it is too quiet and calm. That's why I'm bored. You can also enjoy surfing right in front of the sea.

Im love its.. ..Malaysia r truly Asia.. ..nice beach and nice food...

But i wanted to know why does the toilet doesn't have a lock?

Lovely beach! Lovely room. Good place to chill or a short getaway.

Best service even if check in is very late (3 hours wait because the second day MCO, fully booked).

We asked for free refreshments, front desk manager Mrs. Nurul for more than that. So you can have free dinner / tea near the 5 star restaurant.

The service is indeed 5 stars. The location is very close to the beach. The beach is very clean.

6.45 am go empty beach. Indeed, take a bath to your heart's content.

Breakfast for two hours. Enjoy right seaview him. With a gentle breeze of language.

Mrs. Nurul said next time she will book a room to seaview free of charge. Who doesn't like it when they can offer something like that.

So far, this Regency Hyatt Hotel is the best. Insha Allah next time there is sustenance will stay again

Great place for relaxation. Have plenty of varieties to choose for breakfast and taste good. Only complaint is not sound proofing on bathroom. Can hear next room water running when showering

Not too fancy. The hotel is near by sea and has two swimming pool. Both good for kids. You can catch small crab where the rocks are about 0.7km to the right if walk along the beach to the left. Like many comments below, not many restaurants to go to.

The food is delicious .... the room is beautiful and comfortable. The scenery is beautiful. .....

Employees do practise social distancing and wear mask all the time. Customers were served in an orderly manner.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. Great place with great location beside Teluk Cempedak. The room is nice as well. Room temperature is very nice, cold inside even though outside was quite hot. Breakfast which is part of our package was nice as well with view of beach side. Staffs are good and friendly. However, probably most of them are still under training as the service is quite slow. Some of them also missed out our orders and specific requests. Overall, we are happy with our stays here.

Great location and great service. Breakfast has a great range to choose from. SOP was excellently followed. Friendly staff. The only downside is not a private beach and the sand quality is not so fine, but you can't have it all. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would come back again!

Pretty hotel. But very hard to get a good sleep. Walls are incredibly thin. I could hear kids running outside til midnight, nextdoor s tv playing til late night or even when they have their shower. The aircond in my room didnt work, too cold and cant increase the heat. Otherwise nice hotel. Dont come here if its full.

A hotel by seaside. Comfortable rooms and nice view. Suitable for family. You can dine either inhouse restaurant or nearby eateries. Thumbs up for the hospitality of Hyatt Regency staffs.

Hyatt is back with new layouts, paint, furniture and tiles after couple of years off for big renovation.
Hyatt Regency looks awesome now. Staff is very helpful and well trained. The first room service staffs on the 9th of August (a lady and a gentlemen) cleaned our room very well and neat. Very polite and smiley.
We would like to request only one thing, please provide news papers at least in the front office/lobby area to keep us updated on what s happening locally and abroad. Because when we travel we switch off all our mobiles and gadgets.
Kudos once again. Congratulations on the official opening of Hyatt Regency Kuantan 31st of August. Looking forward to stay again next time. Thank you.

A hotel redone, quiet.One thing negative, a big price error when booking via expedia, nothing was done. I lost so much money and that for a chain like hyatt is unacceptable. At this time, it does not work anymore with incompetents that harm the image of the hotel

A nice place to spend time with friends and families... The only shortcoming is swimming pool close too early and no lifeguard on duties
