Suitably located within Salt Lake uptown area. Very close to the Kolkata Football Stadium

The hyatt was a very good experience! I loved the place the hotel was very good and above my expectation!

Good Ambience. Rooms are good. Eating facilities are no longer that interesting compared to top restaurants elsewhere.

Best hotel services,low cost luxury rooms,marvellous infrastructure..........very nice and comfortable place to stay in the city.

They somehow missed to send the pickup car which is complementary. So they upgraded us to club room which is at the top floor. Mistakes happen but it felt nice to see that they accept it and do what they can to satisfy the customer.

Very tall ceilings... So tall that some friends I went with felt uncomfortable.

Not as good as taj, but it was fun to go here for Dandia!

Their payment machines work for international cards! That being said, it took a few minutes for it to connect.

Friendly staff.

Bathrooms were clean, but relatively small (considering the lobby ceiling height and building height.)

Hyatt regency is one of the finest luxurious property in heart of the city,l, nearby yuvabharathi stadium also known as salt lake stadium. It is quite affordable for all kind of guests. Most preferable by foreign FIT guest. Frequently it arranges most of the well known food fest of the city. Yes it's not very near to airport but each and every guest can easily access the public transport for city tour.

One of the best places to spend your special evenings. The food is too good and the ambience is spectacular. The buffet menu changes every day. Have time to relish and enjoy the elaborate arrangements. The salad and the dessert sections are outstanding. The service is heartfelt. Waterside Cafe is of World standard beyond doubt.

I saw only a part of the hotel..the banquet hall...I presume. The food was excellent ..service was very good too.

It is one of the important 5 Star hotel in Kolkata. Have visited several times but never stayed there. Restaurants are good particularly the Italian one. Location wise it is well connected and surroundings are nice. As seminar and conference venue it is chosen by many and they organise well only I found food remain similar may be due to organisers limitation.

It is located at one of the prime locations of the city. Awesome place.

The staff members are Polite and Courteous. Rooms are Spacious.

Rooms and Service was good only thing which I did not lined about the hotel was the location of the hotel because in and around the hotel it was kind of smelly.

Lovely room, excellent breakfast, great coffee at the bakery and overall very prompt and professional service!!

Excellent ambience...proximity to the main arterial road, view of the Subhash sarobar from your room.... the warmth of support staff....makes your stay even better.

Nice hotel, people who like to have wooden floors not carpet go for this. Preffered for European visitors.

Travellers Delight... It was a nice stay... Staff was very Courteous and helpful during the stay.
