HYATT REGENCY KOLKATA Review

It's a bit dated. Which given is she shouldn't be. And staff could have been a bit more courteous

Food isn't good. Not writing a review because of that.

Pathetic service. Was given room with filthy bedsheets and cleaning materials. House phone no one picked up even though I dialled multiple times then googled the no and called at reception and was asked to wait. Luggage was given after 1 hr. House phone still not working from room. Asked for water was given after 3 calls in one hr. I think these guys are in mess.

Would have given more stars but their check in is slow. And their security staff needs more training on how to handle their guests. Had a sour experience with them.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Other staff are friendly yet professional.
Food is up to the mark. Good variety on their menus.

Regency ball food is next to pathetic...service guys are really bad...food is cold and tasteless.... They charge you for unlimited drinks but in whisky they only provide ballentine...total waste of money......whoever read this avoid this regency ball restaurant....I want to give them no start but have to give one...no choice...they don't deserve to have even single star..

Very bad experience...hotel stuff is so bad..his name is Imran...they will interfer with your privacy but restaurant people are very friendly and helpful for nature...if you are hotel manager reading my aritical plz make you that you give freedom to the visitor and what photo they will take to themselves...bez every one has aspirations to take photos of good place...if someone planning to stay here plz make sure that you will not get freedom to take even you own photo..I don't know why they will restrict us to get our own photos...Hyatt is not Worthy place to stay in.

It's good hotel. But it will need to develop some . Like it has to be a big swimming pool, types of sports ground. And need to decrease the prices of room.

It's a five star hotel of an internationally renowned chain. It's a beautiful hotel with ample parking space. Among many good restaurants of this hotel there is one Italian restaurant offering authentic Italian dishes. It has all other facilities that any five star hotel provides. The staffs are very courteous and cooperative. They are well groomed.

It was a brilliant experience. The hospitality is amazing.

Had arranged a business meet for our senior managers in the Business Centre, but received pathetic service, yes I mean it, a pathetic service..No attendant , no coordination between kitchen and room service, no prompt service. Possibly never thought a place like Hyatt would treat guests this way..

one of the 5 star hotel at Kolkata,ambience was good and more expensive also.

Had stayed here earlier as well, but it was never like this trip. The food quality has come down, the in room mini bar fridge is not working, the commode seat is defective , the basin tap is damaged and has been repaired badly, the room temperature control is not working and every time comes back to 18*C !!
However, I must say that thankfully, the staff were as courteous as before.
The place needs a serious revamp it it wants to stay in good books.

Went to their Restraunt and found out that for no reason it's so highly rated. Awesome ambience, food, service. Really liked it.

This is a royal hotel in kolkata. It is situated in EM Bypass. The location is very very easy to locate. The Nearest Railway station is Bidhan Nagar Road, and by road From airport to Garia this is on left side. Location is very eassy to find. Top class service.
