Best and luxurious hotel in Kolkata. The staff services, foods, rooms, structure, maintenance everything is just fantastic! Oh gosh what I will ! Just superb

Good breakfast, good rooms but needs better in house keeping

Had to stay here for a day, it was my friend's marriage in Kolkata.
The place is warm and welcoming. The ambience and presence of the building is great. Like the place.

Very soothing environment near swimming pool with music

Loosing it's charm, service is becoming worst, no body is interested in gym centre.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Food is nice, available various foreign dishes.

The auditorium was good enough to handle 500 guests. Arrangements were good ( the onus goes to the event management company ) Food : Drinks - drinks were served and most of the cocktails were good. Main course - the Indian cuisine was good. Desserts - need serious improvement in it.

Hotel Hyatt Regency, Kolkata is worth staying. Hotel has very good front office and rooms services staff. One of the best and friendly hotels in Kolkata which I have come across in recent time. I have stayed in various hotels in Kolkata previously but Hyatt Regency, Kolkata is the top notch on my list.
I m basically from London visiting India / Kolkata frequently once in 4/5 weeks for my business meetings with our IT partners in Salt Lake City, Kolkata and I always select and stay in Hyatt Regency, Kolkata in their suites for my Kolkata stay and the suite is truly awesome and well maintained.
My reservation: I always book Hyatt Regency, Kolkata for my stay in Kolkata, just because of the staff and curtesy to help the guest always. At this point of time, I would like to appreciate the efforts and dedication of the front desk duty manager Adrija for helping me on the modification of my reservation due to some technical glitch in their system. When I called her from London and it was during Durga Puja and she was very kind enough to help me in clarifying the details and my booking modifications in spite of her busy day and schedule. I really appreciate her efforts and support and my request is taken care well in time.
My suite/ stay: Hyatt Regency, Kolkata suites are well maintained. Rooms are very clean, great staffs are very helpful and keen in satisfying the needs of the customers right from the entrance security check, Front office till you reach your room. On my recent stay on Oct 21 my suite and other suites are completely full and I have checked in at 1:30 pm and the front office staff have requested me that my suite is being occupied till 4 pm and it will be ready by 5 pm and meanwhile they have provided me with the club room for my freshen up, which was fine for me and I can understand the late check out possible and the hotel need to accommodate at times. At this point of time, I would like to appreciate the efforts and dedication of employee Bubu on the House keeping who remember me from my previous stay in the same suite and took great care me this time. I have requested him, when my suite get vacated then kindly make it ready at the earliest. He replied me saying we will take care and you don t worry. Once my suite guest vacated, he made my suite ready in no time. I have request him to shift my luggage and meanwhile I went for my lunch at the Hyatt restaurant Waterside Cafe and Bubu have shifted my luggage from club room to my suite. On my return to the seventh floor, I have received my new suite keys and Bubu is very keen in helping the other customers on the seventh floor, which I have seen. Even in my earlier stay in Hyatt Regency, Kolkata the same staff Bubu have helped in cleaning the same suite and providing adequate water bottles to my suites.
The front staff treat you very nicely, especially the room service and amenities were phenomenal! I was treated like royalty. The staff at Hyatt Regency, Kolkata is extremely good, very well trained for hospitality, courteous, have attention to details of small things and quite motivated. It was a pleasure to visit the hotel Hyatt Regency Kolkata again and again. I had a lovely time. There was great food, so much variety, so many different types of cuisines to choose from and most importantly such friendly and warm staff.I look forward to my next visit.

Amazing property at a very amazing location in Kolkata. Very beautiful. Staff is courteous and also very resourceful.

It goes without saying this is a high quality establishment. However, I also had a really good experience with the buffet lunch there. Everything was top notch and the amount of variety available was great. And the quality was really really good, and I say this because often buffets will try to recover money by making shoddy meals. Not at all the case here, but like I said, it was expected.

The one negative was that we found some eggshells in the egg salad, which stuck with me for a while. But other than that everything was really good. Food, service, ambience were all top notch

Hospitality and courteousness was lacking. Moreover poor management. In many cases staff was rude and even asked us to do some of their work. Needs to train their staff better.

I really like the ambience and the buffet and the courteous staff. No doubt when it comes to a starred place in Kolkata. Love their dessert section the most of Riverside Cafe.
