I was in 4 states today, one of the roughest fligh...
I was in 4 states today, one of the roughest flights, and 4+ hours of driving, both my uber eats orders got cancelled due to restaurants closing at 9:30 its been one of those days.
However.. from the second I walked through the doors of your hotel it has been truly a wonderful experience. Jennifer Jen and Ian at the front desk, Both smiling as always, very helpful, and genuinely caring about my experience. The bartender lady who took my dinner order gave me her full attention even though she had a full bar attended me right away, and had it brought up to my room by a smiling chef. The room is spotless with a personalized note from Sherqeria the housekeeper (sorry hard to read the name). And yourself, to voluntarily give your direct contact info on this welcome sheet. It is this relentless attention to detail, this outstanding consistent engagement from your staff that I write this.
Many more names to recognize (this is my second stay). I don t remember them all. Without exception, this is far and above ANY Hyatt I have ever stayed. And I would know because I m in a Hyatt pretty much every week somewhere on the East Coast. Not only that, your team, in my opinion, exceeds the service provided at the 5 star hotels I have stayed at.
I hope you will read this aloud or share this with them. I will also post this on Google with well deserve 5 star rating.
And last point, nobody asked me to give this review. It is something that I was thinking after checking in hmmm maybe I should, then the bartender, then the smiling chef, then a delicious burger, then the spotless room. I HAD to give this review! Nonstop positive experiences.
