The hotel looked and smelled lovely! The rooms were clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We didn t want to leave especially since there was a Starbucks connected to the lobby with a super sweet barista gal who made the BEST caramel macchiato I ve EVER had. We ll stop here EVERY time we go through Knoxville. This is one of the best hotel experiences I ve ever had. Lovvvvvvvve this hotel! It s in such a great location as well. Right in the heart of Knoxville s cutesy downtown area!

Nice hotel in a prime downtown Knoxville location! Accommodations were simple but clean. The staff were very friendly however housekeeping services weren't available during the stay, which meant nothing was refreshed. There weren't many people staying there so I figured that the services would be increased to stay on top of cleanliness and sanitation.

This hotel is in the perfect location ! It is near a street full of places to eat and drink. It is also dog friendly, which I think is brilliant. The breakfast in the morning was delicious with a rage of different breakfast foods. I really loved the decor in the reception area too. Just all round great place to stay !!

We worked with the Hyatt for our wedding block and they were wonderful! Desiree (Sales Manager) and her team worked with us through the planning and booking process and we re flexible and responsive. They even provided some small surprises for us that really made our stay there even more memorable. The location is perfect for wedding guests or anyone who want to explore downtown Knoxville. It s a beautiful hotel and our guests loved it!

This was the most amazing experience I ve ever had at any hotel. It was our anniversary weekend and we were treated like royalty! The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable, the valet was awesome! I ve never been so impressed. We will definitely be returning. Owner has done an exceptional job staffing this hotel.

The hotel itself was great, and just as everyone has said, the breakfast is top notch. I ve stayed here before and normally I have an excellent, welcome stay. However, I visited recently and a lady at the front desk, Jennifer was extremely snobby and rude. I asked to cancel my reservation and she visibly rolled her eyes when she turned around. So unprofessional and I won t be back!!!!!
Hotel staff were amazing, best staff of any hotel I've ever been at, and it wasn't like they were helpful for a one time only event. Like 20 different occasions and different staff, all nice and wonderful.

Our Trip to Knoxville TN. Was Really great. We only stayed one night at the Hotel. But the time we did spend at the Hotel was great. The Staff was very nice to me and my family. Especially Emma the girl who checked us in she was so nice to my Son Gregory he has autism and Emma talked to him even though he was not Talking because he is none verbal. Emma brought us our Pizza to our room and when she was Leaving she told us goodbye and my none verbal Autism Son Told her good bye, and she said I think I made a friend. The Hotel was great every thing was great the bed was very good and the carpet was very clean.
I definitely would recommend this Hotel to everyone and I would go back. I had the best time.
I was in 4 states today, one of the roughest flights, and 4+ hours of driving, both my uber eats orders got cancelled due to restaurants closing at 9:30 its been one of those days.
However.. from the second I walked through the doors of your hotel it has been truly a wonderful experience. Jennifer Jen and Ian at the front desk, Both smiling as always, very helpful, and genuinely caring about my experience. The bartender lady who took my dinner order gave me her full attention even though she had a full bar attended me right away, and had it brought up to my room by a smiling chef. The room is spotless with a personalized note from Sherqeria the housekeeper (sorry hard to read the name). And yourself, to voluntarily give your direct contact info on this welcome sheet. It is this relentless attention to detail, this outstanding consistent engagement from your staff that I write this.
Many more names to recognize (this is my second stay). I don t remember them all. Without exception, this is far and above ANY Hyatt I have ever stayed. And I would know because I m in a Hyatt pretty much every week somewhere on the East Coast. Not only that, your team, in my opinion, exceeds the service provided at the 5 star hotels I have stayed at.
I hope you will read this aloud or share this with them. I will also post this on Google with well deserve 5 star rating.
And last point, nobody asked me to give this review. It is something that I was thinking after checking in hmmm maybe I should, then the bartender, then the smiling chef, then a delicious burger, then the spotless room. I HAD to give this review! Nonstop positive experiences.
