Great hospitality! Good complimentary breakfast. Nice beds. Would stay here again!

I visited the rooftop bar. I was there to discuss hosting a private reception there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar has great views of the mountains.

Pretty good hotel, probably the most up to date hotel in the area. When the Hilton across the street opens though might be some competition

Great location, easy access to all downtown attractions. Free parking in several garages on the weekends just a couple blocks away. Only on site parking is $14/day. Bed is very comfortable and hotel is clean and well decorated.

The location is fantastic! The staff here have been phenomenal as well. The room layout and furniture is great, my only complaints are that I can't get it cool enough for sleeping and I can hear a lot of noise from the hallway.

Amazing hotel! The lobby is well designed and very comfortable, as are the rooms. It was the first hotel breakfast I've seen that has bacon! The location was good, and everything was very high quality. Huge shout out to the lady at the front desk who took the time to show us around the lobby where everything was. She was very professional and respectful. When she found out we were Hyatt loyalty program members, she said "thank you for your loyalty."

The location is perfect, everything was within walking distance! The place is clean and beautifully designed. Staff were friendly too! Lastly, the included-breakfast was good and had several healthy options, highly recommend!

The hotel was beautiful and in the perfect location. It is right next door to the Tenneessee Theatre and 1 block away from market square. Our room was huge and had a nice view of downtown. The breakfast was also fabulous, much higher quality than your standard hotel breakfast.

The hotel is located in the heart of downtown knoxville. The hotel is very clean and the service is top notch. Easily one of the nicest places to stay in knoxville.

Great hotel, great staff. Dylan and Chandler were exceptionally helpful, accommodating, friendly, and kind. I loved my experience here. The rooms were extremely nice and clean. Enjoyed the whole hotel. Breakfast was decent, only thing I can really complain about was the coffee. It was garbage. BUT I would love to stay here again and I really cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Great location near Market Square. Friendly service and helpful staff.

On a whim, we had initially requested some Christmas decorations for our room (as our stay was for Dec 22nd-23rd). Our expectations were extremely low as we doubted the staff would even attempt the project during their busy work days. Unfortunately, due to a last minute cancelled flight we were unable to make it. As it was only a one-night-stay, we had to cancel our entire reservation. However, we came into town the next morning and stopped by to visit with Emily. It was then they showed us pictures of the room and it was fully decorated! There was a Christmas tree, lights, fake snow, the works... It was such a bummer we never got to stay there but Jennifer Ortag, Emily from the front desk and their team went far above & beyond to make our stay memorable. Great attitudes and work ethics. 10/10 recommend!

Conveniently located downtown. Lots of food and entertainment options. My room was very spacious with very high ceilings.

Checking in was so easy. The staff was extremely nice. We were attending a concert and I realized when we checked in that I left the tickets in the car, within a few minutes the valet brought me my tickets. Breakfast was delicious the next morning, I feel like they have something for everyone. The rooms were spacious and clean. We will definitely stay there again.

The downstairs bar was superb and will be going back this week ! Brittany was amazing and would come back just for her customer service and eye smile. The front desk agent I spoke with Hailey was great! I spoke with the night housekeeper, Gina, let me just say one of a kind.

Was a cool place it's in downtown Knoxville so it's very trendy went there for the Rooftop Bar such a cool idea in Knoxville even though it's a little cold can't wait for summer time because I will be a regular visitor to the place if you never been is definitely alive for Knoxville it's much different than any other bar/ club in town reminds you something that would be at the beach or in Miami or somewhere like that just because of the way it's set up!

Efficient check in, courteous staff. Starbucks in lobby. Rooms are roomy with very comfortable beds. A block from Market Square. It's my go to place in downtown Knoxville.

Great service, beautiful renovation of a very historic downtown. Upscale but you feel pleasantly at home once inside. The rooftop bar is pricey but amazing.

My company hosted a private event on their rooftop bar. We host many events and we had absolutely outstanding feedback on this venue. Everyone said it was their favorite event we have ever hosted! There is nothing like it in town, highly recommend!

Went for drinks on the roof, nice view, service and drinks weren't great, no draft beers, lame music... i did visit my friend's room and it seemed nice

The staff is very nice and will help you in almost every situation. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the view is great. They have a wide selection for breakfast and it taste better than a lot of other places. The lo by is clean,cool and good to hang in too. I will definitely stay here again. And its baby friendly, my baby girl felt kinda like home here and wasn't that fussy.

The event was supposed to be on the rooftop, but weather prohibited that. It was fine, but disappointing.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Parking can be found around the block for a small fee. The hotel is alot nicer then some of the other Hyatt place/Hilton's I have been to which is a plus. Breakfast and rooms where great.

Downtown Knoxville has a beautiful urban city. This hotel couldn t be in a more perfect place. The historical building is absolutely amazing...

Beautifully done refurbish of an old historic building in downtown Knoxville. Everything is brand new and just so well done. From the mix of modern and old decor, art, and colors. Very impressive. Rooms are great. Starbucks is plus. Tons of great restaurants and shopping around the entire hotel. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent hotel! Newly opened, it is spacious and clean! The rooftop bar is a must-visit and the free breakfast had amazing sausage and waffles! This is only a category 2 in world of Hyatt rewards, which is very reasonable given how easy this hotel is to get to and it's proximity to market square.

Hotel is located a block away from the market square district with lots of restaurants shops and bars. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Free breakfast in the morning of eggs potato fruit and cereals.

Everyone was very nice and the hotel is beautiful. The valet parking was absolutely worth the $20. Breakfast was good. The pullout bed was part of a small sectional couch, I've never seen that before. There's a Starbucks downstairs and a gelato shop next door. I wish our stay had been longer and it hadn't been raining. This is a great hotel for exploring downtown.

I only got to spend one night here, but it was exactly what I hoped it would be.

Perfect location on Gay Street in downtown Knoxville. Our room was clean and fresh, buffet breakfast was stocked with hot eggs, meat, fresh juice and pastry. The bar area was open and comfortable. Staff went our of their way to recommend restaurants.

Don't reserve online until you go through their automated service to talk to someone. I wanted a tub with my room and their amenities list never said one way or the other. Well... the only rooms that have them are handicap accessible rooms and they aren't willing to change rooms. So now I am stuck with a room I don't want.

Great location on the main street of downtown Knoxville. The room was fine. Staff was all super friendly and wore masks. But only about half of the other guests walking about wore masks.

The roof top sucks and the drinks are awful. If u want to check out the rooftop just get a drink at the lobby and go up or just order beer when u go up there...iam telling u do not want to waste ur money on their drinks they are awful

Had a wonderful stay here. We arrived in town for a UT game. It's close to the stadium, and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and relaxing. The breakfast is awesome and not the ordinary mediocre hotel breakfast. Plus, there's a Starbucks on site. We'll definitely be returning.

The Hyatt is a beautiful and stylish contemporary hotel in the heart of downtown Knoxville. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are lovely and spacious. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone visiting Knoxville overnight, and I look forward to returning. The location simply can't be beat.

Just walked in off the street to check out the roof top bar. Was very nice up there, the staff was great, the menu was a bit smaller then I hoped for but the cocktails were still good

It's a great hotel, great service, no issues. Parking requires valet, which is a little difficult only because if you forgot something in your car it's a bit of a process, but the valet guys were great and very forgiving. Would stay here again and recommend it for sure

Great location, large and clean rooms. Parking is little hard if you do not want to pay $20 over night to the hotel, which is unstandable for its location.
