Hotel can do with updating , rooms look tired and old.
4 stars are for Good food at restaurant.

Top of the range customer service and they play some nice Lounge Music

Hyatt Regency Rosebank-Johannesburg...my three nights and two days stay was and will always be a memorable experience!

The place is just great. You are guaranteed maximum comfort both in the rooms and workshop venues. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home. Although the breakfast is great you can enjoy it for the first 2 days and from there it becomes boring because of limited options. I am not a chef but I feel that they need to diversify the breakfast menu with local dishes.

Best hotel in Johannesburg. But take care during check out. They add VAT and Breakfast to my invoice although my booking was B&B including tax

Hyatt Regency Johannesburg offers a great opportunity to explore the buzzing city of Jo burg while also enjoying the tranquility of the Rosebank neighborhood. I had an incredible two-week stay at this hotel and the experience was amazing. Sitting next to the Rosebank mall, you will have access to variety of restaurants and entertainment centers. The hotel also offers great services at its OneNineOne restaurant; make sure to try the bisque. If you fancy getting out to explore Jozi, your best bet is to talk to Kea and Nisada at the front desk; they have mapped out the best places based on your preference. Hyatt Regency brand is known for its excellent customer service, and Hyatt Regency Johannesburg offers nothing less. Highly recommend this place.

The best place for a date, a dinner, a lunch - just pleasant, great staff and options

Good rooms and gym. Breakfast is everything you could want, not extravagent but very pricey. The outdoor beer garden is the highlight, for locals or tourists/worker bees

Lovely hotel with great ambiance.
The outside courtyard is a very pleasant space to sit in and relax.
Service is slow though - so dont go if you are in a hurry.

The rest of the hotel facilities are excellent.

When I leave my room with 2 complimentary pieces of fruit and get back and there is only one, that is REALLY irritating. I wonder what else if mine was used in my room when I was out?

It s really a laid out cool place with nice amenities.

Shower and bathtub are divided. The room is small but there is plenty of space to expand the suitcase. There is free Wi-Fi and water.
It is a pity that I could not use the pool because it was cold outside.
In addition, spa was not able to go because it was finished at 18:00 on Sunday. . . gym is 24 hours.
Maintenance came when water dripped from the bathroom in the lower room, but it was said that it was okay to use the shower and the bathtub as there was no problem.
I guess it was one thing. . .
Restaurant food is delicious ~!
The bar on the lobby floor was also nice.

Luxury hotel with everything that you need. It extra-ordinary because it has iron, ironing board, pure white gown and slippers.

Looks like a prison and charges squillions for mediocrity.

As much as I hate driving to rosebank and sandton, once you are in the hotel/conference centre you know nothing of the hustle and bustle just outside the door

Luxury business hotel situated in a prime location and close to an underground train station

This Hotel has great service, is close to the Mall if Rosebank (which has a lot of variety in terms of dining and entertainment) and the food is absolutely great. Cosy rooms and friendly staff. More than enough parking, but you can easily miss the entrance if you are not familiar with the area.

Great location. Good for conferences but could improve menu. Staff not so friendly. Expensive.

A good place for Accommodation , very secured and luxurious

We had a conference there and laptops money and phones were stolen in the conference room by 2 white males. Hotel didnt take any responsibility.

A wonderful hotel, close to the train. Easy to reach from the airport. Lovely garden to read and relax.
