Highly recommend. Beautiful, clean rooms. The staff was amazing. They were helpful and friendly. The restaurant had beautiful views of NYC and the food was delicious. Great weekend getaway. Thank you Hyatt House. We will definitely be staying here again.
My best friend and I stayed here for his company s holiday party a few years ago and we loved it so much we decided to return! Stellar location right on the Hudson with views from every room. The fitness center has everything you need, including a treadmill and weights. They re very organized, although it is a shame that they don t have valet service or a breakfast buffet included in the price, as they used to, but that s understandable since so many things have changed over the past year due to COVID. Wonderful service - they re extremely attentive and pay attention to every single detail. I was beyond pleased each time I ve stayed here!

This hotel is poorly maintained and a bit run down...
However, friendly front desk personnel. We always wanted a room on the river for the wonderful view of Manhattan and we were not disappointed with that, but upon entering the room we smelled old smoke and saw torn wallpaper on the wall. The emergency alarms went off within 15 minutes of our check in and continued for 20 minutes. Someone tried to make an announcement over the emergency announcement system but all we heard was buzzing and feedback - Doesn't seem to work too well. So I went downstairs and no one was moving so I thought I would head over to the bar and enjoy the view. The bar was not open which is somewhat understandable with the pandemic, but I had just come from another bar down the street. Hmmm, I don't get it. So, I walked over to the lounge area with the wonderful view of Manhattan and found a few scattered tables, toys on the ground and half emptied water bottles on some of the tables. Doesn't look too clean. Went back upstairs and wondered why I spent this money on a hotel that is so poorly maintained and run down. A bit sad as the view is great. Someone else should be managing this building perhaps.
Hotel was clean and staff was attentive and friendly. My room was spacious and clean. No complaints. The view was amazing. I got the room on a deal so I thought it was a great price for the deal but I wouldn t pay what they wanted for the room. The location was great if you want to shoot over to NYC or downtown Jersey City. I would stay again.
Highly recommend this hotel and it delivers all of the expected amenities and associated with the Hyatt brand. We were impressed with the extra effort from each employee we encountered, especially those at the check-in front desk and housekeeping. They did their best to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay and everything seemed freshly cleaned day and night. Covid protocols maintained but never seemed to be a burden to the staff or done begrudgingly. First rate professional and friendly service similar to the best bed & breakfast inns. All of this at a fraction of the cost one would expect a stone's throw from lower Manhattan. Unbeatable location and access to PATH train to WTC/Midtown as well as Newark and other parts of Jersey City.
We stayed for a night to be close to NYC but not in it. This is right on the path train station making this super easy 7 min transit into the One world station/mall. Rob, a manager there, took care of our check in/check out. Extremely nice, flexible, and kind with this process. He s truly the perfect person to be in charge to demonstrate the hospitality this hotel has to offer. His service is a big reason why we will be returning
I always love staying at Hyatt. Everything is good at Hyatt. This another nice hotel that has best scenic views of NYC.

I and my wife stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We lived in a City View room. The view to Manhattan over the window is amazing.
It makes you feel you are still in an observation deck when you're back to your room.
The picture is when we turned off all the lights and lucky for us, the moon was very bright that night.
I think they have the best view in the area.
