AAR Aircraft Services Review

Very helpful and professional! Highly recommend.
Gave us lots of great tips for the area and helped us immensely with car rental, hotels, etc when we had to stay due to weather.

Nice enough place. Very attentive personnel.
The BREAKDOWN as silly as it it may sound is that I had been fly for most of the day and would have really enjoyed some simple popcorn (readily supplied at nearly every FBO as a courtesy for starving pilots in a hurry) but alas the popcorn machine was down since the day before.
I asked the gal at the front desk if someone could possibly make some (it was still early in the day...) and she said No.
Because?
The Line crew (apparently) us supposed to clean it every night and did not clean it.
Therefore no popcorn for ANYONE!!!!
OMG! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!!
I has been since at least Friday and now the weekend is half over.
This ty p e of employee behavior will send myself and any more jet fuel sales (big or small if that matters) somewhere else!

Horrible service from an appallingly rude staff and the facility looks like a renovated fallout shelter. Go to Atlantic Aviation by 17L/35R.

Love this place. Fast quick turn on 600 gallons of gas. Catering was ready and hot. Friendly counter service.

Flew in a Cirrus for the horse show. It was a 14 day trip. AAR were very professional. They even brought the rent a car to the plane and helped unload from the plane. They treated us as of we were in a bizjet. All I can say is that I will be back again and definitely use their services. They were very professional, courteous and honest. Thank you Nicole.
