Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa Review

Great location and fantastic hotel. Was there for a National conference and enjoyed it.

Rooms were nice, room service and housekeeping were super fast.

Private event. Courteous staff. Parkings expensive.

Was there for an event and the only people from the Hyatt I dealt with was the vallet. From that it was great.

A couple of years ago, we had stayed at the Hilton that is practically next door, and had thought it was very nice. However, the Hyatt Regency property blows it away. We stayed there over the Sept 15 weekend and the valet scratched our rental vehicle. They will not accept responsibility. Not happy with the way they handled it.

Very nice hotel, but parking sucks. And no parking validation from hotel, valet only parking .

The Grand Ballroom is very beautiful and the food was great.

Great food at Watertable. Service was okay, but overall nice.

We went for a concert on the beach and had drinks beforehand. Parking was not as easy as one would hope but it was a large event. Drinks were nice and strong! Staff was kind.

Beautiful site! Close enough to the action of the beach yet so peaceful. The pools are pristine and the concierge is a wealth of knowledge and helped me plan an amazing excursion for my family one of the days we were there. The facilities are up to date and yet timeless. Looking forward to our return in December.

I loved this place!!! We did a Charity Event for Cystic Fibrosis here and it went off with no problems what so ever. I was the photographer for the event doing an On Stage with Studio Lighting Photo Booth. My wife printing out 4" by 6" prints for all those that donated. The dinner was fantastic and the serves was amazing. My wife and I where going on and on about our server. If you are having an event, look no further.

Fantastic professional venue. It is hard to beat being across from the beach.

I ate at the restaurant, how delicious! The menu changes every season. The service was Perfect, Cameron is an expert. I will be back soon!

This place is gorgeous! We had a great pool view with the beach behind it. I did try to make some accommodations prior to my visit and that didn't go as planned which was disappointing but I'm not giving them less stars because of it. They had a few conferences going on and I'm sure they were busy. The one complaint would be that the sheets are kind of noisy. I know that seems weird but they almost sounded like plastic. When there are two sleepers, and one is a mover, it got annoying.

I went for the food, not the lodging. The food was AMAZING! Some of the best I have had in LA.

We had our wedding party meet here for pictures before the wedding. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to use the space. They were also kind enough to clean the room after it was used as a dressing before the wedding and gave us a 2:00 pm check out. Very nice place for a weekend getaway or special event. There's also a golf course/range.

Love this place they have the best spread for Thanksgiving. Service is great.

Room service wasn't done until we called and complained around 5pm after getting back from the pool with the kids. Front desk was kind to credit us $100 for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.
We're there for a good experience and not credit..
We'll be back because of it's wonderful ocean frontage, good restaurants and friendly staff.

It is super expensive and I have seen expensive hotels because I live in Las Vegas but it is Las Vegas.

It is a place that not only has large spaces, care, color, with good taste but also is designed for meeting times ... Excellent!

Double queen room. Very roomy. Very nice bathroom. Pillows and mattress were very fluffy. With a beautiful view of the courtyard and the beach. What else could you ask for?

5 star hotel just across the road from the ocean. There is a pedestrian bridge from the hotel to the beach.

Nice but there were lots of problems to fix in our room. Staff got them fixed right away.

I would never stay here again. I was there on my honeymoon weekend and got a skin infection from the pool/spa. The hotel will not do anything to compensate me when I spent almost a thousand dollars at this hotel. Their insurance company refunded me for my urgent care and medication for the infection I got at this hotel. They hotel staff acts like they don't believe you when you say you got an infection from their hotel either. They said no one else got an infection that weekend, newsflash - my skin is different than everyone and I'm not like everyone else! When asked to talk to someone about a refund they gave me information to their security department, not management. At the hotel I work at we would never just "brush" a guest off to an insurance company if there was an issue.

The area is beautiful as well as the sunset views although there is construction going on nearby.

Beautiful patio for drinks and dinner with friends. Had the scallops which were amazing. Great drink menu. Will definitely come back for dinner again.

Nice. That is about all I can think of to say positive about the hotel. Could be cleaner. Why is the handicap room on the farthest side of the hotel? If the room keys come in contact with anything magnetic, (ie. Cellphone, magnetic money clip) the key will be erased. Going from one side to the other handicap to get a new card was not fun. 5 stars would mean that I would return; that will not be happening.

The food is meh. Meaning . Do not order pizza from the pizza shop. Horrible. Order from any of the other local pizza places in the surrounding area. Even Domino's is a far better option. The bruschetta was a joke.

The staff is really nice,; for the most part.

A very family oriented resort located adjacently to the beach front. Annually, we have visiting family from out of state stay here and they love all the amenities that this place has to offer.

This place is beautiful and so close to the beach. You really can't beat the location. They're also fantastic wirh hosting corporate events.

Really nice to have such a beautiful resort so close by. We spent the evening visiting friends and walking around the resort. Lots of nice places to hang out with fire pits or fireplaces and comfortable seating.

Water table restaurant was a great place to have a dinner for my dad's 80th birthday. Food and staff were excellent.

It was wonderdul, beautiful, and flawless. I love it. Go there all the time.

This place is like small town! Its huge and incredibly beautiful. Whether you are eating from room service or one of the restaurants the food is of great quality and insanely good. The beach is directly across the street and the hotel will rent or give you whatever you need to enjoy it. From an umbrella and towels to surfboards. However this place is very pricey. Definitely recommend if you are a rich surfer or if you can book this place on your company's money.

Had dinner at the Water Table. It was good. Good service, nice dining space.
