Wow! Beautiful. Great staff. Nice rooms. Two restaurants with great food. A bridge from the hotel to the beach. They did it right. The pools are awesome. From hidden jacuzzi for adult to water slides for the kids. It's a great place for everyone.

I was a guest of the guest and was absolutely astonished by the beauty and grandeur of this location. Exceeded my expectations. Having the beach across the street was a bonus! Very nice room.

A very relaxing combination of 4 star resort in a laid back beach setting. The bridge over PCH to the beach makes it feel like a private beach. The staff was friendly, helpful and knew the area hot spots. Hope to come back again soon

I can only find nice words to say about this hotel - if you are visiting the area, this is the place you want to be. The grounds are gorgeous and take up an entire city block (it s like its own little village almost with everything you need), plus it has its own pedestrian bridge directly over to the beach. I think all rooms have balconies or patios and the view of the property and beach are fantastic! Restaurants are good with good wine lists (and they can make an actual pain killer with fresh nutmeg!) and staff have always been great!

3rd time in 2 years to stay here with family. Love this place. Everyone super nice and friendly to our kids as well. Can't beat the choice of pools as well as the beach right across the street via the bridge.

When you have to pay 5 bucks for a cup of black tar, if you can find it, & 35 dollars to park your car on top of the price you pay for a room, is is hard to find value here at The Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach. Next year it is back to Surf & Sand in Laguna. I get up early: 5:00 a.m. I'll give you a hundred bucks if you can find a cup of coffee any where in the resort except your room. The Marriott in Dana Point serves free coffee in the lobby that early. The Hilton at Sedona serves coffee with an honor system of a dollar a cup that early. Hyatt doesn't think they have to I guess. Would I stay here again? I don't think so. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. You just kind of feel taken advantage of here. We reserved our room months in advance, told the staff at least 3 times that we did not want to be by the pool. Guess where we were put? Right by the pool. We insisted on moving rooms and the staff did so without too much of a fight.

There is no better place to stay in Southern California near the beach when comes to amenities and hospitality. My wife and I travel a lot for business and casual and have stayed at many hotels. Whether it's a business trip or a weekend with our boys, we have always been treated like exceptional guests when staying here. The grounds are always in top shape, the employees are genuinely positive and go out of their way to make our stays as enjoyable as possible. If you are ever in the area, fish tacos at Pete's are delish. Our kids love the water park and roasting s'mores as well.

Very nice property but it is across the street from beach. Also be careful with full ocean view rooms. I booked one at $500 a night and had 98 % pool and palm tree view and 2 % ocean view if you have binoculars. Great service and restaurants drinks could also be better. They talked us in to getting pitchers and after a few pitchers didn't feel a buzz. The single cup cocktails were a better choice at $12 ea. I book oceanfront resorts on all my free weekends and I would rather stay at Surf & Sand in Laguna Beach next time or Torrey Pines in La Jolla.

I was a little unsure when the concierge level king room I booked was a double with a king and queen bed. They tried to convince me that my room was better than a king room because it had a bigger bathroom and walk in closet. I'm not sure since I have nothing to compare it to, but for a Valentine's weekend, it took some of the romance out of it. Overall, the hotel is very nice, the spa is lovely, and the dining was great. The bartender at the Watertable made a delicious Ramos Gin fizz for me; a very hard to find cocktail. I would definitely come here again.

The courtyard was well-landscaped and the architecture was European. There were numerous retail outlets and dining options that were integrated well with the feel of the resort. Aside from that, you also have a great view of Huntington Beach.

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend and were so pleased with the stellar service! Such an easy walk to the beach and the whole hotel is immaculate. We cannot wait to come back for more surf lessons! They have some great live bands on the weekend that we enjoyed listening from our patio with the ocean view in the background.

I love it here! The beach is beautiful, the waves are great, the hotel is stunning. The way that the hotel provides chairs and umbrellas for the beach is super convenient and the rooms are comfortable with stunning views.

Awesome location. Was here for a conference. Conference amenities were comfortable. However, the arrangements for lunch were mediocre. Insufficient seating, utensils, and a lot of confusion. This is still day one of the conference, so let's hope they redeem themselves for the next couple of days. I'll edit the review if there's a substantial change.

Living room and bedroom were plenty spacious. We had a broken shower, but they sent people to fix it within the hour. We also had ants on our nightstand and they sent someone to get rid of them as well. Didn't sleep near that nightstand since it was sprayed with the ant killer.

Definitely take advantage of the beach supplies when you cross the bridge. The umbrellas, chairs, and towels were free to rent.

Valet parking ($39 overnight) pretty much mandatory since you'd have to be driving to get around from this resort. Resort fee ($30 per day)

One of the bigger gyms I've seen with multiple treadmills. Has a good number of machines and free weights.

The food at the club room was probably the most disappointing during my stay. There wasn't much selection, for breakfast or in the afternoon. Only good for stocking up on water before your day starts.

We loved everything about this place! It's right on the PCH with an easy access pedestrian bridge over to the beautiful beach with its crashing waves. When not at the beach, we were often in the 3 seperate pool areas. As a couple without kids, we thoroughly enjoyed the adult only "grotto" area with hot tubs, and the opportunity to book private surf lessons. It's an enormous, beautiful and well managed property and we really look forward to going back!
