Amazing hotel. Your holiday begins with champagne while you check in. Beautiful rooms. A huge lovely pool overlooking the Gulf and floors above street level. Cocktails poolside from the bar. Make sure you order a cocktail in the coconut monkey glass. Great grouper nuggets as well. We can't wait to stay again.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at! The staff is nothing short of awesome, from the front desk, to the bellhop, to the bartender and wait staff... we constantly felt taken care of. The rooms were very clean, maid service was quick and asked if we needed anything extra. We stayed with our 3.5 yr old and 1 yr old. The crib was delivered with a baby toiltry bag, the kids menus are great, and there are plenty of toys for them to play with pool side. The camp for the older kids looked great. We ended up with cooler weather, so we do wish the pool had sun at one point during the day... but the location, service, food, and family warmth was outstanding.

The Hotel itself is in a great location and has terrific access to Clearwater Beach and surrounding tourist attractions/shopping. Rooms are nice but not very clean overall. Value for the cost is not very good. Also if you plan on going to the beach, be prepared to pay a separate fee for beach chair rental ($30/day) on top of the $32 daily resort fee. If you are looking to take your family on a SAFE vacation during the current global pandemic AVOID THIS UNSAFE HOTEL.

During our stay hundreds of unmasked guests were in all public areas of the property. The hotel staff made no effort to have guests put on masks, despite there being signage that asked all guests to wear masks. Unmasked guests were on elevators, in the lobby, in the public bathrooms, and in all other public areas of the property. Some of these guests were coughing and sneezing and it felt very unsafe for our children to be around these individuals in an indoor space. I did complain to management several times about unmasked guests and they said there was nothing they could do. Even some of the hotel staff did not follow proper mask protocol. I would certainly avoid this hotel if you have any fear for your personal safety and health.

Truly made our wedding night perfect, with complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and a room on the 14th floor in the middle of the hotel. Room service was prompt with breakfast, and tasted delicious. Will be staying at Hyatt's more often based on this one stay

We were charged for 30$ for 2 hours hotel parking (Hotel is located near the beach), no pricing signs or any warnings. Parking lots around offered their service for as low as 2-4$ per hour.

This was our first time staying at this resort and my family had a wonderful mini vacation. Christina Estrada was very sweet and Richard was very accommodating to all our family's needs. Our House Keeper Maria C was very kind she made our family comfortable we felt like she was part of our family she had went over and beyond to keep our room comfy and clean. I highly recommend this resort. We look forward to coming back . Sincerely the Jimenez Family

Beautiful condo style, high ceilings, family friendly rooms, sexy bathroom, beach is across the street- less than 5 minute walk, Very nice pool, staff is amazing- literally each member had a smile and can do attitude, price is unbelievably great- be an American express holder- just needs a place to park for you to unload then give car to valet, it gets a little congested if multiple guest drive in at same time.

Beautiful hotel/resort. Even better than what I expected, the pictures that they have online don't do justice to what the place actually looks like. Just in front of the beach, amazing location and attention. The pool on the 8th floor with the bar and the view is a must. The rooms are huge, with kitchen and a view that can't compare.
It used to be the biggest construction in Clearwater until 2016. But after staying in other hotels around the area,I definitely can say, this is my favorite.

We were at this venue for a wedding and the hotel was perfect. The bridal party was able to get ready in cabana rooms neat the pool area with complimentary champagne. The Staff took care of everything from setup to breakdown and really took the pressure off the bride. The food was also incredible and I would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed for a week during July 4th and was mistreated by management. We had false accusations on our hotel room saying there was smoking on balcony when we have kids and a baby in room. Stephanie U. DID NOT HELP AT ALL! She argued with us about late check out. Never again!

Be careful when staying at this Hyatt resort. They tell you one thing and say another. I stayed at the Hyatt in Clearwater FL and the staff there totally lied to me about charges. I gave a Credit card for incidentals & was paid with corp card. I was assured that only $50 was held back for essentials. My bill got billed correct to the corp card. When i looked at my bank statement the hotel had put a hold on my bank card for full charges and now those funds are in pending status & will not be release for 15 days. Even though they have confirmation the bill was paid by the corp card. I called and no one at the hotel or corp office has the respect to call me and help me out. All they said is to bad so sad. Also this hotel is no that clean and the cleaning service for the rooms bad experience. They did not even apologies. I recommend that no one stay here. it is over price and not worth the charges and they will screw you over.

Do not park here there are meters on the street and ticket lots other than the lots near pier 60 some behind the hotels some down the street near the park I have never paid for the Hyatt but I live 6 miles away those high prices are scams you can take a ferry over for the price you pay for a parking garage. My point there are other places to park for cheaper just look hard. PS: DONT EVER COME SPRING BREAK WEEKEND!!
