Cozy hotel. It would not be bad to update the repair rooms.

Good hotel, but needs a little renovation. Location - a little farther from the center.

Very run down place. Not taken care of enough, not even the executive suites are safe of a half burnt low power blow dryer. It shouldn t hold the 5* - it needs a full review of the hotel rating...
Facilities are ok, nice swimming pool, gym, sauna, hamam & turkish.

I stayed here during a business trip already 4 times. And always the best impressions always. Great place to stay. Beautiful rooms and superb breakfast.

In desperate need of some referbishment... specially bedrooms. The staff are ok. Breakfast really good with plenty to choose from - however it's hard to get a coffee or tea as the staff never seems to bother. Other then that an OK hotel.

Hotel located among greenery. Large rooms, spacious (maybe require a delicate refreshment). Very good breakfasts. I recommend a pool zone.

This place was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The morning buffet is incredibly fresh and tasty! The Rahat was Kazakhstan's first 5-star hotel, and it's seen better days. The shabby chic is unintended, but well-maintained by the staff.

One of the greatest things is that it's located ideally for those who want to explore by foot. Within reasonable walking distance to shopping, groceries, and tasty restaurants!

As for the hotel - the child forgot a toy in the lobby of the hotel, came home and remembered. I decided to call and ask to postpone to pick up the next morning. The girl asked to call back later, they will look for a pier. Here, the girl disappeared, the guy took the phone. I had to tell the story again. He promised to search. Then he said that there is nothing. Only after talking with the administrator, the toy was finally found. Although I'm sure she was there all the time. In general, there is a problem with the service, you need to be persistent.

Hall super, gym, swimming pool, sauna, service can be estimated at 5. Room service is good. Kitchen is rated at 5. The territory is guarded. In summer you can walk in the mini park. It is necessary to replace the carpet, TV, and upgrade towels. Stayed with family - we liked it.

I was expecting an excellent service from the five star hotel.
However, I got dissapointed the moment I got access to my room.
It wasn't the one I paid for. I requested the right one and was offered the wrong one again.
Finally, at the third attempt I got what I requested.
Cleaning sevice needs to be reviewed.
Desk and night tables have never dusted unless I notified about it.
Ash tray and glasses were left unchanged.
Carpet is not vacuumed on a regular basis or missed to be vacuumed when I was staying.
And it it very unpleaseant to see unsatisfied tone of the room service team.

Perfect place. Good breakfasts, cozy rooms. Hot water and other amenities present. The Internet is really lazy. Every 45 min is cut off you need to confirm the input. Good acoustics, live music. A gymnasium pool is also attached. I like this.

As a place to have a nice business meeting in a hall it is nearly perfect. Good menu, pleasant service, reasonable prices. Wish they'd started serving good coffee instead of that HoReCa junk.
