The bed could have been better and there was a water leak on the 20 th floor so when I came back after being gone for a few hours my sink was running oddly enough and there was water on the bathroom floor ... I was way to tired to call and explain and wait for them to do something..all in all a very clean beautiful building with a few flaws..

Great location. Walking distance from Central Street night life. We got upgraded on check in. Comfortable clean room with a great view. The only drawback was that there was no mini fridge for leftovers.

Pretty nice place. First room wasn't super clean (asked them if they would sweep it and they moved [upgraded] me instead).

If you have the breakfast package, the restaurant downstairs is pretty delicious (pretty pricey if you don't have the breakfast included in your stay). Overall a good experience.

I stayed here for New Year's Eve, they had a NYE 90's themed party. They did a pretty good job! They played 90's music kinda, they had some 90's decorations, and some people dress up as if it was the 90's. However, there seemed to be absolutely no cocaine. That's likely a good thing, but I distinctly remember it being a pretty big thing back then, maybe more so than the 80's. The balloon drop was a slight let down. They had issues pulling out the string. So the balloons ended up smacking everyone in the head and we all got our heads caught up in the net. There was plenty of liquor that became part of someone's wardrobe. I won't fault them for having issues pulling out that string, it's likely a lot of people later that night had issues pulling out as well.

Anyways, I didn't hear Will Smith's Party like it's 1999 a single time, but I did hear Nirvana! So, kudos to that. The food they were serving was great, and they did an amazing job at it, so good I high fived the Chef. The bartenders were friendly and fairly quick despite having a line that never ended. I'm fairly certain they never got a break. So yeah, staff was absolutely amazing.

Then there is the room, yeah I'm going to go ahead and say that I can't give you an accurate description. As I was drunk and only reason I decided to stay was to not have to Uber back home (I live in town) and I wanted to avoid drunk drivers. But that bed was cozy. It was clean and had a fairly modern design. There were USB Chargers which is always a huge plus for any hotel I stay in, at this point if they don't have USB chargers in a hotel, you should never go there. My only grip was I swear I kept lowering the heat. I put it at 61 - in winter - and it was still hot in there. So if you like sleeping in the cool, do yourself a favor and set the thermostat the moment you get in your room. The black out curtains actually blacked out, kind of like several other people likely did that night.

I can't attest to anything else, the view was great, I was cozy and comfy. Oh! And if you stay here, they have a Starbucks, which is okay. It gets busy Monday through Friday during work hours, but if you want coffee that's not a Keurig from your room that's a bonus, a nice restaurant that I still haven't at at, and a bar, that I did not use. But I've heard great things about both. The lobby is also incredibly pretty and plenty of neat shops for your visit.

Overall, if you're in for a night of slight debauchery and drinking, I highly recommend this place. If you want a relaxing, pleasant and nice stay in Albuquerque's Downtown with an incredibly staff to great you warmly, I would also highly recommend this place.

From a vendor standpoint, we do many events at this venue (weddings, private parties, etc) and the staff are always nice and accommodating. The load-in dock is kind of a pain in the butt, but mostly due to venue location. Nothing we can do about that.

I travel for work and I have stayed at most of the hotels around Albuquerque. The Hyatt is my favorite so far. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and for me that's what's most important.

In our room was a sign that said "Is there something that would make your visit even better?" We were there for a conference and spent two nights. The second day were gone from our room all morning and expected to find our room made up as when we left early in the morning the cart was next door to us and we spoke to the housekeeper about our toilet. I called the front desk and was politely told that housekeeping had until 6 pm and had a schedule to follow. We had wanted to rest in our room for a bit without being disturbed before going back to the conference. So I want downstairs to talk to the desk manager and he repeated what I had already heard. We did get a housekeeper sometime before 6 pm.
I would have given four stars but something else happened which I although probably minor is why I only gave three. I was given two Pepsi's from a conference next to ours. There was several cans of diet Pepsi and other soft drinks and a friend attended that conference handed us a couple of cans. We both noted that the Diet Pepsi tasted way off. The expiration date on the body of the can was Dec. 22, 2014. Outdated for over a year. Who would have thought? It gives one pause! What else served is over a year outdated?

Had a good stay here. Parking is free if you're staying at the hotel, lobby, bar, restaurant are all very nicely decorated. Rooms are what you would expect, nothing fancy but above average. Check in employee was very nice, as was the room service gentleman. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

This was a pretty nice place to stay. Right in downtown. Self parking is $16 a day though. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. My only complaints: The shower could have used more water pressure, and they advertise a texting number for "answers to questions any time day or night". I texted the number asking if they have drink vending machines, because I couldn't find any. No reply. I had to go down to the front desk and they said no they don't. I thought that was odd. The hotel clerk was nice enough to get me a Pepsi from their back room. I tried to pay for it but she wouldn't accept it. That was very nice. Would stay here again.

The hotel is located at the heart of the city. We stayed in double bed rooms and the rooms were very neat and clean. Though rooms may not have been upgraded and looked a bit old compared to other Hyatt regency rooms, there was nothing short in the quality and service. Highly recommended.

I had a beautiful time here. A gorgeous hotel in Downtown Albuquerque. The food is delicious and the staff are lovely. Try a room with a view of the mountains, the sunrise in the morning is to die for.

The menu has great options. I had the eggs benedict for breakfast but there are also waffles, huevos rancheros, an egg platter with your choice of bacon, ham or sausage. Other options include steel cut oatmeal and fruit. The restautant is located on the first floor but you can order from your room.

There is an outdoor hot tub and a heated pool on the third floor with views of the sky and buildings downtown.

I only spotted one vending machine -3rd Floor-
The rest of the floors have ice machines but no vending machine.

10/10 Highly Recommend

I was there for five nights. Housekeeping did not empty the trash the first day, vacuum any day, and I don't think they know what dusting means. There was a layer of dust covering the light and it's shade that was on the nightstand between the beds. I was overcharged even though we had a convention rate. The sheets were fraying and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom! And I was overcharged. Four days later, I'm still waiting on the credit.

Two redeeming things about the hotel - or I would have gone with one star. The restaurant was above average for a hotel restaurant. It was modern and had an appealing open floor plan. The complimentary bread was too hot for some people, but I loved it. The strawberry vinaigrette was lacking too tart for me, so I added so agave and it was perfect. 1. The customer service was great. The night auditor was swamped and frazzled, but she kept her cool and continued to smile.

Shame on the management for not preparing by having an extra person, or two, on the morning of a large convention check out.

We booked 3 rooms expecting quality. We we're really mad after seeing that the water take for ever to drain in the bathroom in 2 rooms. Water was not coming at all in the third
We complained and they came and tried to fix the issue and yet the draining of water was slow in one of the bathroom
Never expected this kind of quality

Very disappointed with this place. I booked a room here for a very special weekend with my girlfriend. I thought the big name and location would insure a grand experience. The whole thing was supposed to be a surprise. I had planned to have flowers and a bottle of champagne in my room when we walked in. We got to the hotel and she was pleasantly surprised that I had gone the extra mile. We checked in and to my surprise we were given a top floor room. Very nice. The problem came when we got to our room. After a week of planning and jumping through the proper hoops the champagne was forgotten. I had even called the morning before to insure things were in place.I felt like the whole surprise was ruined. I had this set up and was talking to everyone about this romantic plan. Then it was ruined by a simple slip up. I thought a "nice" hotel such as this would be able to handle this but I was wrong. Just don't make any special arrangements and you'll be fine. I guess.

Great location for the convention center and cheaper than the double tree that I stayed in the night prior. It was also a nice hotel than the double tree. Everything was expensive because of the convention that was in town but overall I would recommend this hotel as it's very nice and probably a lot cheaper most of the time. Nice staff too.

The hotel is in a very convenient location - quick walk to the train / transportation center, right across from the convention Center, and short walk to other locations of interest, like several breweries nearby. The accommodations are very comfortable, the rooms and furniture look nice. I was able to check in early, and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly - gave me a couple recommendations for lunch spots to try nearby. I've had a very pleasant stay!
