hyatt place pune Review

Ambience is good good but the food is not as exciting. Usually the menu is very average. But the salads are very good

Not up to the mark with what you expect from a Hyatt

Rooms were good. Wi-Fi wasn't so fast inside rooms. Room service and food was good. Polite employees. Enjoyed the stay..

Nice place... I was here for a Japanese Art exhibition. Good service too. Must try once. At last it's Hyatt Place.

We booked a poolside venue and got a verbal confirmation... however when we went to actually book the venue and offered the advance... they said they have given it to some corporate event. The sales person postponed our meeting whole week so that they can close the deal with corporate. It was very unprofessional on their behalf. I gave confirmation on email and they kept dangling for a week and eventually we were stranded. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody as I don t what others to experience what we went through.

A PLACE TO BE...

Had a chance to stay over a weekend with my family. what makes out this hotel is it's simplicity & people. All employee are very attentive & always ready to assist with a bigggg smile. They inquired if my parent has any special food request & prepared dishes which were not in menu. Food here is simply awesome. i guess chefs here are magician,specially kebabs. I loved salad bar which is part of buffet, one can prepare salad of his choice..simply great.
It's a value for money..I would definitely choose this hotel in future whenever opportunity comes..

Kudos to Patisserie chef Priyanka for brilliant cake and breads..... Made our day

Going with the brand name....the service expected is very very high.... however, the restaurant service was very disappointing! Long waits for accompaniments served on the table.
What was further disappointing was the wait for the bill. I had opted for online coupons and submitted the same the moment I entered the restaurant. Still there was error in the billing and is now under process for reimbursement.
While this is tolerable at other places, expectations from the brand Hyatt is higher.
I would therefore request and expect some improvements with respect to the service provided at the restaurant to make the experience better n memorable!

Truly defines and keeps up The Hyatt brand name.... had an awesome stay on weekend.... promptness of services, staff, ambience, food everything was just up to d mark.. n not to forget d hotel rooms were well maintained decent n cozy ... the only drawback was connectivity to pune city as it was too far from the main city ....
Look forward to stay der again wenvr we happen to visit pune...

Nice place have an afternoon buffet, that's I was here for. It is not a very big property as compared to the other Hyatt locations in and around Pune. Haven't Sayyed here so can't comment on that part, but the buffet was ok.

Overall a good place to stay. Helping staff. Good food. Worth staying over there.

One of the best place to have a business conference. Service is good along with staff. Premise is quiet clean and rooms too. Food gallery is awesome. One of the best place to have party or event too. They have an open swimming pool.

Well the place doesn't need that review since it's HYATT. The services are undoubtedly good. We had team party here which was pool side and the view was amazing. The food was super tasty and they had lots of options for drinks. The parking is not an issue here. We were total 50-60 people with couple of two wheelers and four wheelers. Along with their were vehicles of people who were staying here. Overall it's a nice place for lunch/dinner or team party if you have a good budget :).

Hospitality was not up to the expectation I had with Hyatt Brand. Every possible corners they are trying to do the cost cutting from your morning breakfast to essentials required for daily use. You may get more dissatisfied once you find limited channels in your digital.

Had a pool side buffet. Average setting and below par food.

I have been staying in this facility on my multiple trips to Pune. They provide excellent personalized services. Facility is top notch, rooms are very comfortable and well thought out. Highlight of this place is their staff. Excellent customer focus and they ensure that you always feel at home! I am super impressed with their personalized service.

This review is carefully penned after weeks of thinking and reviewing after having visited the place. My experience here was below average and frankly, disturbing. I, with my friend visited the Gallery Cafe dinner buffet, after having won complimentary coupons by winning a prestigious event conducted here in Hinjewadi.

We were promptly seated and were asked to order appetizers which included three items. Here's where the disappointment started. After some delay, these items were brought without any dips or sauces, and weren't even served to us which is the proper proceeding expected from such a place. We didn't think much of it, but the next thing was too glaring to miss.

We were ignored throughout our self-served meal and weren't even asked for any extra dishes or drinks (either paid or complimentary) as a common courtesy of choices that should be offered to the customer. There was no coordination in between staff and we had to wait a long time to get what we had ordered at the live kitchen counter. It was as if we were being judged for not being a paid customer.

After going through the main course, which was bland and uninteresting, we reached desserts. Here we encountered some unsavory items with the only highlight of Red Velvet Cake that gave some sweet closure to this unsatisfactory experience.

This is not something I have written because I want a do-over of my evening or any kind of retribution the management might offer. It is just a public proclamation of what happens when you visit a place who gives more worth to paying customers rather than who deserve and have won their rights to be there.
